DO NOT PURCHASE! I've emailed numerous times with no response! They're a fake China made replicas with absolutely no taste! Look at what I ordered and what I received. The ugly thing was damaged and they're still not responding

Hi all, I've ordered a dress from this people for my baby shower. Had the worse experience EVER

I asked for a refund and they kept saying the dress is perfectly made. I lost $300 and had to look for another dress in last minute, I couldn't order any other dress online since it was too late
I am super ANGRY wish I could return this ugly dress and get my money back definitely ZERO star rating

I paid AUD300 when I ordered this custom fit dress last for my daughter's upcoming formal. I was so very skeptical about ordering it online and I asked so many questions before I placed my order with so much apprehension. I ordered the colour as in the picture and informed them many time that I wanted it in GOLD and I went to a tailor to get my daughter's measurements. They advised me that it was zipped up and that the fabric was chiffon.
The dress arrived 3 weeks later and to our horror it was NOTHING like the dress in the picture. I can understand that it is not going to be exactly the same as the picture but the COLOUR, FABRIC, SIZE and DESIGN (back) was totally not what we expected! It was falling off the shoulders and that can be adjusted by a tailor but the back of the dress was not zipped up as per the description in the website. The colour was Beige and the fabric was of 100% polyester instead of chiffon. $300 for a dress that my daughter and I did not expect to turn out like this at all! DISAPPOINTED! I have been emailing them more than a dozen times, but the customer service has been replying that the dress is FINE and that I should keep the dress, give it to my friend or resell it! Please avoid this business. You will never get any Customer service after you have paid! They are a SCAM and I wish I did some research on this company before I ordered the dress. I came to discover that there were so many complaints. Later when I checked about this company, I came to find out that they operate under another name Lalamira and many negative reviews and many had similar experiences like myself and they got similar replies from the customer service as well. Avoid this business.
The 1st image is zipped up like they mentioned on site and the 2nd image is my dress. The third image is the dress they advertised and that was the dress and colour I ordered.

Worst website! It is a Scam, do not make the same mistake as I did. Lost $200 as they won't return the faulty dress they sent me. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE
