I used their recommendation as to what size to order. When it arrived it was way too big. Couldn't reach a human after prolonged attempts. Was going to exchange but when I saw it was an $11 handling fee to return it I decided to give it a pass. Paid $12.99 shipping and am now $11 to return. Seriously, why should it cost $23.99 to check out a dress that they said would fit? I think I better stick with Amazon. At least shipping is free and so are returns!

This company shipped me merchandise that I did not order instead of merchandise that I ordered. When I tried to return it, they cited their 60 day return policy. I live outside the US and the order would be returned 3 DAYS AFTER THEIR DEADLINE. They refused to make any exceptions so I am stuck with a men's 3X burgundy sweater vest instead of a women's size 12 black crochet knit tee shirt!
