I purchased a Christmas gift on 12 December for my parents and it didn't arrive at all, even after Christmas. Asked them couple of times what was going on with no answer.
Their services are extremely unreliable.
Totally disappointed.

Bought a ceramic hob for the kitchen online in september and it stayed in the box till today, since ur renovation was in process. Today the people who assembled the kitchen opened it to install it and found one corner was completely broken, glass smashed to small pieces. Must have happened during transport. It cannot be fixed and since the purchase occured over 30 days ago, there is no exchange of the item possible. On top of that, there is no propper customer sevice, just some automatis online answers. Very dissatisfied. Will never use emag again. (I am aware I should have opened the box on delivery, but in the ups and downs of a flat in renovation it seemed risky and unnecessary.) I cannot recommend emag. The only propper attention we received was by a worker at the shop at Paradise Mall, however, there was nothing he could do to help us.

I recently had a terrible experience with emag.bg. The first issue I encountered was with their map on the website, which had incorrect information about the pickup offices. This made it extremely difficult to find the right location to pick up my order and caused it to be directed to a place far from my address.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer support for help, I found out that they didn't even offer English language support. This was extremely frustrating, as I had difficulty communicating my issue and didn't feel like my concerns were being heard.

Even when I tried reaching out to the company by email, my messages were completely ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns were falling on deaf ears and that no one cared about my experience as a customer.

What's even more disappointing is that this company didn't provide any kind of compensation for all the problems that their mistakes caused. It was incredibly frustrating to have to deal with all these issues and not even receive a simple apology or offer of compensation for the inconvenience.

Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding emag.bg. The issues with their map, customer support, and compensation policy made my experience extremely frustrating and stressful, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through the same thing.

Tip for consumers:
If you don’t speak Bulgarian avoid using their map to locate an office, I can’t be sure that all the locations are wrong but if the one you choose is, then you will waste time and money.

During the so called Black Friday acctions on the web site, some of the goods are more expensive than at regular prices. Some of the goods come with torn boxes, which may reflect on returning the goods if any deffect occurs. Everytime before the Black Friday, the prices in the web site should be double checked.
