The other day something went seriously astray on me, but today everything worked as supposed to.! I believe you guys DO have an excellent platform. THANK YOU
This used to be a good site to login into different options except for the ones that decide they want to charge 8 to 12% they can go to hell! But now they change the layout on the site. Upcoming items are on the right hand column pain in the $#*! to scroll down through them, And as you're scrolling down, if something sells, it instantly shoots back to the top and you have to start all over again,What's pain in the $#*! whoever decided to change the layout that clown needs to be fired.!

Bidding was certainly easy. I very much like being able to lock my bid button, but on the last sale that didn't seem available.?

Super easy to bid. Website is fast! Only thing I dont care for is the buyers premium BUT I understand the auctioneer has costs using this system. Overall very happy
Every thing went fine sale was good I could here auctioneer good and they gave me plenty of time to bid
Received my envoice Friday night... I'll send it to my bank Monday...hope to pick up my pice of equipment next week... So far smooth... Ask me again and I'll give ya a full detail experience. Thank you
Keeps me logged in for extended periods of watching only, which is great. Easy interface. Audio and video always work. Much Much better than proxibid.
Thank you for the great review! We appreciate you!
The layout of items in the ring or upcoming and past results along with purchases are at your finger tips and equipment facts is always operating as it should unlike other platforms
Thanks for bidding with Equipmentfacts!
The only problem I had was the auctioneer was hard to understand as there was a lot of background noise. I called equipment facts twice about the problem and nothing done. Other than that, it went well.

The auction went very well, a little problem with Wausau communication after I had sent sales tax exemption and bank letter the day before the auction. I think too much paperwork in short period of time and I'm sure it will work out ok.
Thank you for the rating and the positive feedback!
This was a great experience. Probably the easiest purchase we have made. We bought a 608C corn head and 630F cutting platform all online bidding and it went great without any problems. Super nice people to talk to and very helpful.
Michael so glad to hear bidding with us was easy for you! We hope to see you bidding with us again soon.
This was my first time doing anything like this, and it was a VERY ENJOYABLE experience. There were plenty of pictures of the items where I could inspect them before bidding.
Thank You!
Good to hear! Thanks for bidding!
This was my first live + online auction. It did go fast, but there was no problems.
All went great, the on line bidding was fast and easy.
Thanks for a great purchase at a good price.
There was certainly once, and I really believe twice, Equipment facts showed on my screen "YOU WON' then auctioneer awarded lot to someone else. I realize this was auctioneer fault, but he should honor EQ representative.
I signed up last minute for an auction and it was an easy process to register. I was able to bid from my phone while pulled over on the road during the auction lot I was watching. I was able to submit the winning bid and won the lot we were hoping for. Great program!
It's hard for me to keep up with. I can't keep track of 8 or 10 auctions. It doesn't help that every sale takes my computer back to the active item screen, interrupting what I'm doing. If the system could just keep track of my liked items and get them in front of me when they're about to sell, that'd really be something. As it is, sometimes I get text updates, sometimes I don't.

Kinda fast paced, paid a little more than I wanted because bidding was so fast by the time my bid got in it was over the amount I was going to pay. But it's bought and too late. Could do without the 9 gazillion freight company calls too
