We search for real estate in Destin quite often. We use ERA American's website because it is easy to use and has a lot of community information and the information is up to date. They are local so they know the area and how the communities tie into each other.
Due to the fact that my property manager is actually very responsive, I no longer think it's fair to give 1 star. They have actually done a few good things (such as renovating a common area) lately that's why I am changing my previous rating.
