After letting my 8 year old grandson use one of my treasured ultralight fishing rods and perhaps not teaching him about the drag knob. I was not to pleased when he came back from a paddle boat fishing with no drag knob.He showed me where he lost it and I donned my snorkeling equipment and looked for it but had no luck. I am only charging him two hugs to replace it.The whole process was seamless! Thanks!

Their website made it very easy to find the part that I needed for my coffee maker. The part came in the mail quickly and was exactly what I needed.

The replacement tray came crushed, instead of letting us send pictures and you sending another one out we had to wait for you to receive it before a refund could be issued. I didn't want a refund I wanted a new tray for the snow cone maker, it already took a bit for you to ship it and we'd had to wait again. Instead we bought a new one else where. You need to teach your shipping department to pack it better. It's no wonder it showed up shattered. There was no packaging to protect it during shipping. Very disappointed

A replacement stainless steel coffee strainer was purchased for a decade-old percolator. Good quality coffee is once again available to us.
