They have a fairly elaborate website and ancillary marterial and sales process but they are a flat out scam. I found a thread on reddit asking for feedback ended up in contact with other realtors that were scammed. We all paid between $1200-2500 and they went silent after collecting the money. After we posted our negative experiences we received threatening emails and phone calls. Their offices are just registered agents for a web of companies.
Tip for consumers:
Just avoid them. It should’ve been a red flag for me when they only accepted payment via Zelle or ACH.
