Estripe

I don't know a great deal about computer components but the E-Stripe website made the ordering process so easy in terms of compatibility. I was able ti build a PC to suit my budget and tweak components up and down to get the most kit for my money. I ordered over the Christmas period and despite this the the PC arrived quicker than the average and was well packaged and arrived fully working. I'm very pleased with my purchase and have recommend EStripe to a friend who has just upgraded.

Website is clear and arganised, to order my PC was a piece of cake. I am not a PC guru but went through without any problem. Actually it was my joy to pick out each components what I'd like to put in the machine. From there on everything took off, quick and easy payment methods, confirmation. I got many emails from start to finish, so I knew what stage is my PC in. Customer service is excellent. Then I got a box, everything in it, each piece carefully packed. Took about five minutes to set up the whole machine. It was that easy. My overall experience: this company, these guys are working fast, making quality computers for less price than you can buy anywhere.

Easy to use website with really competitive prices when compared to the competitors. Was provided with regular updates on my order and any questions I had where responded to promptly. Delivery was agreed on a Saturday which DPD failed to pick up but they ensured that it would be delivered on the Tuesday and refunded me the additional delivery charge without me even asking. The machine that turned up was in generally very well built with the exception of two of the fans being installed on the aio the wrong way round but overall really happy with the experience.

Website was very easy to browse and the process of configuring my laptop was easy and clear with lots of choices. Pricing was very competitive, much cheaper than other companies I had tried. Build process was very speedy, laptop despatched well before the projected timescale and I was kept informed of every stage of the process. Finally, very pleased with the laptop, no problems so far, looks good, performs flawlessly and feels solid. Whole process was a pleasure, highly recommended.

Estripe are an amazing company the process of getting my pc customised and built by the was vey wasy to understand considering this is my first gaming pc and folding know a lot about them. And they keep very informed with how the building process is going would highly recommending them to anyone that ask me anything about where to get a pc. Also it's great because they have a very good finance service for someone that can't outright buy a expensive gaming computer.

Excellent job on the build and great value for money considering the components used. Very happy. Recommend!

Basic built machine and monitor to play games I enjoy (Bannerlord, Total War)
All arrived beautifully packed and easy to set up.
Only issue is the build time stages seemed inordinately long, starting with a long delay post payment before the order was ready for production. Better explanations for what the hold up is rather than generic phrases. Otherwise I would rate 5*.
Will definitely use again.
Issue over delivery was sorted out by helpful online customer service team and set up queries where dealt with by the tech team. After sales seems to be on the ball.

Today got backorder for S21. Everything working perfectly. Arrived as expected. I am very happy with the purchase. I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely buy here again.

Wonderful computer - my only gripe is with Windows 11 and its hated OneDrive. Despite uninstalling it, Office insists on offering it to me and it is impossible for me to get it to EASILY point to local files. Extensive googling have suggested amending registry entries - my techie days are over so without help I am stuck with what I have! But back to the computer - great offering in terms of picking options important to me and great delivery service.

I've had a very positive experience and staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my new PC and the ongoing tech support which I need. I've got more for my money, in choice, tech and Support, by going direct to E-stripe. I had to wait 3 weeks but I didn't mind.

Very good customer experience. The PC arrived on time in great condition and was a breeze to set up. It's fast, powerful and quiet. A comparable PC from a leading brand would have been at least 25% more expensive. There was a minor issue setting up the wifi card to connect to my printer but Dylan was super helpful sorting it out, spending over two hours on the phone to resolve the problem. All in all I am delighted with E Stripe.

Only knocked one star off due to what seemed like them forgetting my order (it was in pre-process for much too long and then stuck in the next phase) until I chased up customer service, which is then when the order came to me very quickly. But all in all it was exactly what I wanted, thanks.

The website was clear and interactively helpful. The PC arrived when expected. The service team have all been amazing, clear and patient. I've spoken with four so far.
Waiting in line on they phone, they are constantly updating on the queue length.
It's been a few weeks now we haven't quite worked out what is wrong, but they have been superb in response.
The replacement parts have come, if a little late, mainly because of trying to fit into my availability to receive them.
Maybe by the time I've opened the box another couple of times they will be offering me a tech service job. - Well, probably not.

This is the second PC I've bought from E-Stripe, this one to replace the previous one which was just starting to freak a little after over a decade of error free service.
I configured the pc myself from the almost endless list of components and thanks to the error checking tool at the end of this process could be confident everything would be compatible.

Ordering process was easy. Website allowed me to tweak according to my limited budget and gave me confidence the parts I chose would be compatible. Feels like I got a good deal. Tracking system keeping me up to date on order progress was a nice surprise.

I was need of a replacement pc because there was an issue with my old one that I couldn't fix. Delivery was quick within 7 working days. Computer doesn't get hot due to plenty of room and fan placements. Interior is very tidy with careful though going in to cable placement which is greatly appreciated. Thank you for the build.

The price is good and there were a lot of components to pick from but after that everything is very slow and unpleasant the build time took them 2 weeks longer than it should´ve and the shipping said 4 days even tho it`s actually going to take 1,5 weeks. Also PLEASE start using any other shipping company than ups their the worst shipping company and i cant pay my VAT because of them

This was my first gaming PC I've ever had so I was nervous, but it's honestly amazing. It's everything I wanted in my first ever PC! It was easy and quick to do, just over a week to arrive, I got updates on every process it was going through. All in all an amazing company and product! Would recommend to anyone.

Great to be able to buy a custom made PC, to match my unique requirements and budget.
I got great help on the forum, the build and delivery were perfect. No complaints whatsoever!
A bit confusing on the web site is that once you start down a certain path (say, "office pc") then some options are not available to you anymore - but nothing informs you that's the case. Thankfully someone told me about that on the forum!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Estripe for custom builds!

They used to be very good but it now takes hours to get through to customer support. My new PC has turned up not working and they won't swap for a working one but, instead ard going to make me wait while ir's sent back and fixed. I think that's apalling service.

This is the second Computer I have had from EStripe, after a short delay awaiting components, my new PC arrived in via pdp, pdp where a little heavy handed but as the packaging was good, there was no damage. Computer works great and is as expected and exactly to spec. I needed to reinstall Windows 11 as the Microsoft stored would not work first time around. Apparently a known Windows fault. I am very pleased with the build quality and performance.

Amazing company. PC was built very fast, tested and shipped quickly too. The PC runs perfectly and I haven't had a single issue thus far. The specifications I chose were accurately placed within my machine and all work perfectly.

Very pleased to find this business and their website. Putting together a custom PC to do what I wanted was made easy and clear. Goods arrived in good time and good condition. I thought value for money was excellent too. My only difficulty, and nothing to do with Estripe, was in putting on an alternative OS, as the wifi card interfered with the Ubuntu 20.04 installer. I include this info as it may assist other customers. All sorted now, and running like lightning!
