Anil from E Tax Planner did a great job in filing my taxes. I never face any issue with communicating with them. ********** was always correct. I received returns estimates from two other people and compared with others E tax planner estimates are really good and i received my refunds within 15 days. I strongly recommend E tax planner to others.
I wish I could give -00 ***. I used E tax planner service for my tax return service for 2017 and 2018. I got IRS audit for both years and no help from E tax, I end up paying to IRS over $7000 penalty. I have attached the my audit letter and receipt which I paid to ETP, in case you need to verify. I have attached the AUDIT from IRS. I had to pay over $7000 to IRS with penalty... Do not believe them, whatever they said all lie. Do not fall into this scam. Stay away from this. E Tax Planner will show you more refund and take high fee upto $1000, All false amount, property claim in SCHEDULE –E, and stock losses like sunforma and various which is totally wrong. Etaxplanner cheated me and took $850 from me, I referred so many friend by seeing good refund at last end up with audit from IRS. Unable to process my VISA as well due to such scammer.

Etaxplanner and mysupertax both are scammer and on the same page.
dont file taxes wtih them , they will shoe you more refund and take huge fee , you will never get refund you end up with penalty with interest.

These guys will be after you till you make the payment which is very expensive(around 200-. 300$). After making the payment they will not file your taxes to the promised date. When you ask they for refund they will not refund you back even if you don't file the taxes with them. Go for turbo tax its worth it.
These Indian scammers pretend to be in the US but they're actually operating overseas. You would wonder how do they get your email and phone number when the only people collecting it are those working in recruitment and/or those buying customer information data from underground sellers. Paying taxes should be free but if you do, DON'T GIVE YOUR TIME TO THESE PEOPLE AND BLOCK THEIR EMAILS AND PHONE NUMBERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEY'RE NOT TRUSTWORTHY! THEIR STYLE IS LIKE THOSE WHAT'S SHOWN IN YOUTUBE BY PIEROGI AND THE INDIAN SCAMMERS.

Etax planner company is a group of cheaters. They charge hefty fee upfront and add whatever is not supposed to be added in the tax returns. I rejected their tax filing as they added few items which were not supposed to be added. I asked them for refund of the money or asked them to use it as fee for the next year. But they are neither willing to return the fee nor use it for next year. Names of these cheaters (Anil, Vinay, Rama Krishna, Priya, Mohd Kashif, Samir, Abhinav) whom I came across in this process. Please beware and keep away from these guys.

They charge the fee using credit cards and operate via Dubai.

This company is a scam. Do not file taxes, the staff do not know anything on how to file taxes. They will say our team will take care of it and get money first. Then bug for more money or file taxes incorrectly
Pathetic service.
They filed my tax returns incorrectly. Partly the fault is mine, because i missed one of my wife income sheets. But they should have caught it as i have mentioned it in their questionnaire about both of our incomes.
Its fine we filed the taxes wrongly. I wasnt upset by that too. But i received underpayment of taxes from the state. The money i had to pay was huge as i already paid the taxes. The followup from these guys was pathetic. I am constantly trying to reach them to understand what was the problem and they are not giving any attention whatsoever. I was ready to pay more to sort the issue, but they never really cared. They got their initial filing fees and thats about it.
Please dont trust this guys. They dont deserve our attention.
Worst service and they are not transparent, I have a feeling that these guys are filing the taxes all incorrect. I don't recommend these guys to file your taxes.
Worst services and looter's, They called me any time (day or night) that makes me irritate, they shared me 3 year Amendment estimation without confirmation of details. I have not requested or not interested, they have only provided estimation for 2015, 2016 and 2017.
By seeing good estimation I have paid 2600$ + 15% Tax on paypal, For 3 year Amendment filing till now I did not received my refund, I am receiving Audit letters from IRS, for explanation, ETax Planner are not bother to reply me now.
All false promises Audit compulsory and etaxplanner will not help you.
On top of that they sold my data to various company like help2tax.com and mysupertax.com. Soon after I got a call from ETP, help2tax will call me ask the negotiation on fee. Similarly MST will call etc etc.
They have cheated me by showing wrong property interest paying for India. All false amount, property claim in SCHEDULE –E, and stock losses like sunforma and various which is totally wrong. Etaxplanner cheated me. I got Audited from Etaxplanner and they stop calling me very soon I received a call from Mysupertax. I found that they both are Fraud and Scammer Beware of such scam's
