Agree with the other reviews what a total con. I clicked on this website cos it looks professional etc and I didnt know I didnt have to pay. Why don't these sites get taken off/monitored? This government needs to sort out all these fraudsters once and for all, its not surprising we are in so much debt... anyway PLEASE PLEASE go to the NHS website to renew/apply for your health card and not this website they are just out to make a quick buck and you should NOT use them.

Don't go there! I applied for my EU healthcard via the site, waited 3 weeks, emailed them via the site to chase it up, and eventually got a very flippant reply saying 'phone the NHS to chase them up'. I did and NHS told me they had not received the order. I've spoken to my Credit Card company who have refunded the money. The company name on the card statement is 'Quality Design' Suspicious?
I applied unknowingly to this site for ehic card not realising I could have got it free from nhs. I paid £14.99 which apparantly lost as no reply and website disappeared. How many other people has this happened to?
Renewed my card and got it within 4 days ready for our trip to Hamburg next week
This site comes up at the top of Google when you look for European health card. They have the brass neck to charge £9.99 for an EU Health Insurance Card or to renew your current one. They leave a large gap on the page before they mention that you can also get the card from the NHS site, which means you will almost definitely miss that message. The NHS site is completely FREE https://www.ehic.org.uk. Don't be fooled into spending £9.99 unnecessarily.
