Spotlight Oral Care

Very poor. Impossible to return the item if you're not satisfied with it, despite legally imposed remote selling guarantees! I bought a Spotlight Oral Care Sonic Toothbrush via their website. The purchase link took me to the jusmylook.com website, where I completed the purchase. The toothbrush and accessories arrived in a box, sealed with a clear plastic wrap, like most things do now. If you break this wrap - as you HAVE TO, to even see, let alone check your product, you are deemed to have broken the 'hygiene seal' and therefore JustMyLook will REFUSE to take it back, even in you've not used it! Spotlight themselves simply wash their hands of the situation, saying that they can DO NOTHING, as you have not bought from them. They deny that they put sales links from other companies on their website, but that's where I initially clicked to buy this. Their toothbrush may be exactly what you want, in which case, no problem, but for me, I wasn't happy with the really TINY HEAD and the total length of it (about 25cm - much too long to fit in my bathroom cupboard). Now I'm left with a £100+ toothbrush that I don't want and CAN'T return for a refund. So, if you want one of these, MAKE SURE it's what you want, as once you've opened the outer packaging (just the cellophane wrap), they will NOT take it back! How does THAT work with the laws on remote selling Spotlight Oral Care?
