I wish i could put 0 stars honestly. Save your money and go with a company that honors their warranty. The vacuum I bought broken within 3 months. I wasn't worried until they outright told me they won't replace the broken vacuum. Horrible customer service. Seriously save yourself the headache and time. Eureka is an awful company to buy from. I typically am a loyal product buyer. Especially when the company takes care of you if something unfortunately breaks within the warranty window. I will go out if my way to avoid this company and share my experience. I'm not a rich person and this really hit my wallet hard.

Once again company Eureka never tried to do anything to replace there junk vacuumed I bought Absolutely STAY THE $#*! AWAY!

They want do exchanges and they want send all of your items. I ordered 6 dresses only got 4. Emailed them several times about exchanging 2. They said we suggest you give them to a friend. Never would say anything about my other 2 dresses.

Purchased it, put it together, tried it, returned it.

I looked up reviews on amazon and they were good. Only 8% had 1 star and that was mostly for being corded. A few said "no suction" and that's what I found. I didn't try the hand-held vacuum so I can't speak for that but I can say I went over spots and the dirt just didn't come up.
