The best thing you could do is call your bank and file a dispute because they are being unprofessionally and broke several policies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Law. I got my bank involved in 2 similar issues and now I am getting my money back

Unable to get resolution on problem despite many attempts. Continually passed off from one person to next from "customer service".
Received jersey with obvious faulty manufacturing - followed instructions sending many photos of issue, however they then "move the goalposts" because they said they are unable to see problem - ridiculous! They then ask for item to be sent back at my expense - just a ploy to delay, make things difficult and hang on to my money longer.
I can completely concur with the reviews of others. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered several products to give as Christmas presents back in October. Received only 4 out of 5 items, with one having a really bad printing. Contacted customer service immediately to get it fixed. It has now been three months of emails, communicating with different customer service employees every email, trying over and over to explain what happened and what the previous guy wrote, and still it is not fixed. It has actually been no response for a few weeks, so I am probably beeing ignored. Stay away from this shop.

Late and only partial delivery. No reaction whatsoever to repeated requests for information and help. No answers to Emails; no call-back. 5 days promised for delivery. I have now been waiting for over a month for the presents for my kids and have still not received everything. The few delivered packages were partially damaged. No reaction to this information either.
All in all a total dissappointment and absolutely NO service whatsoever!

Wrong size of personalised jersey received, I have contacted customer services 3 times, providing confirmation of my original order showing size ordered, no response! I have contacted them requesting a response to my email, still no response, it just does not get worse than this! I also have a second order which should have been delivered on 04. 11. 20, not received! So disappointed after I have spent so much with this business!
My son ordered from them in november. Today it's 30th of March. Still havent received his hoodie. €83 down the drain. Written several e-mails and talked to customer service without getting it resolved. Shame on you NFL store Europe. That was money he worked hard for thats now down the drain. He is so upset and not even a refund. You should be embarrassed!
After 3 weeks with no notification of shipment, customer service contradicts itself with every email offing excuses.
They told me to contact the postal office, but with no tracking information that is a pointless endeavor.
Going to try for a refund now, but I'm not hopeful.
The worst online shopping experience conceivable. Sent me a damaged shirt. It has taken 8 weeks and counting to process the refund. They just send the same email saying: We'll respond in 7-14 days. It's almost funny at this point.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 jerseys from NFL Europe shop which stated pre order delivery 21st August. They take money as soon as you order by the way. Now after chasing this I am told not available until 19th November. Are they seriously just making these dates up! Do not use this site as customer service is also shocking.
I ordered a custom Broncos jersey and hoodie and the items were good quality when they arrived. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Express Delivery is misleading. You assume that you can get the items within one day, when really the custom order took 6 days to process before being sent via Express Delivery. Maybe they need to remove Express Delivery for custom items? Happy with my order anyway.
Their customer service is either not replying or not helping, after months of writing ive given Up on getting my money back for some products i never received
If I had a zero star option, I'd mark that. I ordered an item in November. I was told it shipped on Dec 6. It is now the 12th of Jan and STILL no item. Their answer? It's still "in transit." Bull. Don't order from this site. Ever. It's a scam. Their items cost A LOT especially when you don't ever get them.

Who to complain to, does anyone know?
We placed an order 6 months ago and paid for it but we still have not received the item. The customer service is a joke, and it is impossible to get any answers from them. They simply do not respond. It is an utterly disappointment.
Haven't recieved the Viking salute to service hoodie I ordered, just like most goods it wasn't cheap, Im now out of pocket £100+, customer service has been dire to say the least, lack of replying to emails, refusal to acknowledge that the item hasn't been delivered, no despatch notice, no delivered notice (yet order online says complete) avoid this company at all costs, you'd be better off flying to the US and buying over there instead, the worst company I've ever had dealings with. Not even worth the 1 star!
The website states delivery within 4-5 days when clearly it isn't.
Also, when you you contact them they can't find your order yet they have taken the money!
I placed an order and after a month talking to an unfortunate customer service that laughs at their customers, they kept my money and I never received my order or gave me a solution to anything by keeping my money and I ran out of a Christmas gift.

I ordered a New England Patriots helmet for my sons Christmas on the 3rd of December. It was a 1-3 working days delivery but I still haven't received it. It is fully paid for. I phoned daily for two weeks, with each agent as bad as the previous. I was not called back when promised, I was told lies, I was hung up on (although at no point was I ever nasty or aggressive). I tracked the parcel myself with Yodel who were equally as bad and established it was signed for at 12.08 on Friday 20th December. I had a glimmer of hope that my son's "Santa Pressie" may actually arrive but that was never going to happen. Although I explained the urgency on each call nobody called me back and the item never arrived. I chased it until the 23rd and then knew i had done all I could. I have been in touch by email since for an update but the reply I got was barely English and gave me no update what so ever! I have never deal too with such a terrible company and would like to thank them for spoiling my sons Christmas. Do not use this company unless you are happy to be dissatisfied.

I ordered in the beginning of June, sent the things back that I didn't want to keep on my expenses, got the information that the parcel is back at the shop... it's mid July and I am still waiting for my 70 refund.
Customer service is horrible. Scripted response mails, on the phone there is no coming through to an operator.
I am mailing the provided mail adress constantly and no one addresses the issue that the company still owns me the refund.
I ordered an item from this website at the start of July. At the point of ordering it stated 7-10 days delivery time. When I got the email confirmation it said 1-3 days delivery. It is now 15 heading for 16 days since I ordered it and well passed the birthday I ordered it for. I used the track my order option and it stated there was no order associated with my account so I emailed customer service. I received an automated response stating that I would get a response within 24 hours. It is now close of business on day 2 and I still have not received a response so it is now heading for at least 48 hours and I am not holding my breath. Terribly dishonest company
I placed an order for over 100 Euros, and was expecting to receive it within 14 days. After 18 days, I emailed letting them know I had not received my order. They responded in an email saying I could either request a resend or refund. They asked me to please confirm my delivery address. I responded back by email with the delivery address. And they responded asking me to verify my shipping address again. Instead of this unproductive back and forth, I decided to call instead. The customer service rep was not friendly, or very helpful, and also asked for my billing and shipping address, which I gave to her. She immediately said that a refund was not possible, and neither was a resend. And that they could not be held responsible for shipments not received. Unbelievably shady. I spend over 100 Euros and received nothing. She said my only option was to wait for the shipment to be returned to them (up to 30 day wait), and then I will have to pay again to have it shipped. Outraged, I insisted on a refund, as my trust in them was completely demolished. She refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She kept me on hold for several minutes, then came back and said they would send me a new shipment as a goodwill gesture. Thank you, I'll take it, however it really doesn't change my opinion of them as of now. I will never order with NFL Shop Europe again. I will wait until I visit the US to purchase NFL merchandise there. Completely untrustworthy company and terrible customer service. It's really unfortunate, as my partner is a huge NFL fan that can never have too much NFL gear. Their loss.
