It is now a year since I ordered 2 watches. First got one broken and not as per website description. The 2nd was just not what was ordered. They asked me to pack, make a video of the packing and send. No one does that. Then they took a month to send someone to pick it up. Then one watch came after extreme follow up. I wanted them to refund the money, they kept saying they will then said that is not possible although site rules says nothing like that. The 2nd watch is nowhere in sight and they do not respond on whatsapp, mail or anyhow. The site is also labeled as harmful for computer now! Yes they are harmful - sitting with my money. My order no was *******

Picked up a few watches from them Omega, Rolex, Mont Blanc and Hublot checked all and confirmed all to be fake. Lodged a police complaint along with the watches, telephone conversation records, whatsapp chat history and cc tv footage from my house of delivery guys delivering and checking the watches and counting cash. Beware guys the police is monitoring their phone and other details. It is confirmed that they are fake. Action going to happen sooner than expected.
It can be also be confirmed from delhi sales tax site because their bill without sales tax has been uploaded there by me.

Totally fake company. Big fraudster should be taken to consumer court.don't buy anything from them. I asked for refund as piece was duplicate cheap copy. Asked for refund and told me we are in process. Suddenly after a week they say it is not possible as we have delivered once cannot be refunded. But as their policy states they refund without any question in 30 days. Big fraudulent company. Please beware.

Order no 2735 watch is not working and if i asked for replacement no reply since one month. Finally they have given me address to post it with my own cost. Is this a service company providing?

Really happy with the quality of the product i received, too good a quality comapred with company store product exactly same, order 3 more products. Order id *******7728 Make sure i get this on time i need to gift. Kudos to company. I would recommend people not to go on fake comments written without order ids as the amount we pay for there product is more then worth the quality we get. Highly recommendable.

Ordered 1 Watch, Then ordered 9 More now. As a watch collector i feel its value for money. Went to store, even they said its the same as at store. Rado is just amazing, not happy with Tag Box, But Overall amazing gifted to my staff Feels like saved almost huge amount. Highly recommended.

Please beware of these cheaters. I got cheated by Rs. *******/- I ordered for a Roger Dubuis and what i received is a cheapest possible replica which lasted for 2 days and then stopped working.
They are the big time cheaters and will talk very politely while ordering and once they receive the money, just forget about he refund and exchange.

I Always shop from these people, but this time was different i bought for my wife as a gift, she did not like it, we asked them to change the product, it was changed in just 72 hours with the other watch my wife liked, I love your quality collection and services all in all 10 out of 10 points. I have purchased two watches for myself from them under order number *******, yesterday i got my delivery i am so happy with the product that its not fake its a superb quality surplus watch at such a price even my brother in law also placed the order after checking my product.

I ordered my first watch from them that was omega seamaster and after getting that surplus watch from them i got it checked and i was happy to have that perfect watch and now i had purchased around about 20 watches from them.

HENCE THESE WATCHES CANNOT BE SOLD VIA SHOWROOM AND THESE WATCHES ARE PURCHASED IN AUCTION AND SOLD BY EUROSURPLUSS ONLINE. ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE CHEATED. 100% fake product. Charge you am and length, will show you wrong images and will send you some thing that is not even close.
