To be blunt arrived at the Everett North location and was eventually told to be put on the DNR list due to the room being found trashed after I checked. This is false because I always leave a room the same as when I check-in. On that day and the preceding days made multiple attempts to find the reason for this mistake but was given a run around by the hotel staff that I must speak to the general manager, who wouldn't be available until the morning after the day I was supposed to check in. Anyways I would like to add that any location I stayed at always has issues with dirty floors. And problems with missing equipment (clock) and shortage of required laundry, leaky faucets, and malfunctioning AC heat units. A little about myself is that I am a homeless veteran and had left the property with no room for the night. I informed and placed a police report with the Everett police, but they couldn't get any answer. I contacted corporate guest services, and they said they finished investigating but informed me of the final decision based on the fiction or lie that the room was wreaked of drugs based on any proof that I committed those offenses. If I currently work as a full-time truck driver, it would be against the law to consume illegal substances. A week had passed, and I knew other customers had been in the room since then. Corporate guest services also said there is nothing else they can do because it is their legal right to refuse service at any time. I was placed on the Extended Stay America 'Do Not Rent' list because it may be retaliation for poor reviews and comments at the various locations. I didn't want to cause issues with their business just wanted them to know what was going on and found in the rooms I rented. Every customer service representative I spoke with over the phone stopped referring me as a customer. Below are the photo correspondences and proof they were not hesitant in canceling my reservation without proper investigation on my part made on my behalf to Extended Stay America guest services. The general manager at the Everett North location never returned my call. This can be a procedural and interactional injustice regarding various management decisions that influenced their decision to ban me from the Extended Stay America network.

Tip for consumers:
About the so-called black list or 'Do Not Rent' list policy

Products used:
None because they are some very vindictive bastards.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend in Daytona Beach, Florida for the Nascar 500 race. Room reservation with Bookings.com was all wrong. No more rooms were available in town. Ended up staying with 2 people sleeping on blow up mattress on the floor.
Room was a smoking room when no smoking was reserved. Room had one bed and a pull out sofa and reservation was for 2 queen beds and pull out for there were 5 in our party. They told me that when I made reservation, it was for one person only. Now why would I want 2 queen beds and a pull out if it were only me. Hello!
No room service, bed was not made. Had to go to front desk for towels. Only have room service once a week since it is extended stay, even though we stayed 2 nights.
I will not stay at this hotel again.

In 2015 I stayed at the Santa Rosa, California Southern Extended Stay hotel three times. It wasn't great, but it was for business and it was for 2 months at one time, and these places have kitchens. But I joined their Extended perks program before I ever stayed there, and booked my studio using one of their promotions each time -- for 15% off the total stay. I didn't realize until I returned to the area and stayed instead at the Santa Rosa Northern that I never received those rebates on any of my three stays -- it was the manager at the Northern who alerted me to this. The two hotels might have been on different planets -- the people who run the Southern location are rude, stupid and uninformed. They refused to acknowledge that they never gave me my rebates, which for three stays ran to over $700... now the manager at the Northern location is assisting me. But without her assistance, the Southern location would have defrauded me.
