When my order was taking too long, I contacted them to ask if it could be sent to another address because I would be traveling soon. They responded promptly as if they were going to accommodate me, and still sent it to the old address. After a lot of hassle with FedEx I was finally able to retrieve my package, only to find out that the sunblock I ordered was not what was advertised. Will never use them again.

Supposed to be shipping orders next business day but 6 days after the order still wasn't shipped and they don't easily respond emails very unprofessional service also just noticed when I search that they have really bad reviews all over the internet and BBB F rated, nothing but complaints about them. I suggest go pay few $ more some where else and be happy.

I ordered $34.86 worth of product on 01/09/22. My CC was charged that day through Pay Pal. No tracking number received (by 01/11). Contacted Family OTC by email, on 01/11 their response was muddled. Contacted again on 15th, their response, 'your order has been dropped off at Fed Ex., sorry forgot to get a tracking number. (Order was to be sent by USPS). The company no longer will respond.

Don't trust this site! They took my money and didn't fill my order for weeks, didn't respond to any emails I sent reaching out to them, and I ended up having to open up a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

I buy eye ointment, about 50 tubes per order. Their price isn't always the cheapest, but free shipping if order enough. Always packaged well to prevent damage. Prompt shipping.

The items were as described, delivery was super fast. The seller really cares about their product and packages it well. I love the deals I find with this store.

I ordered some eye ointment in early August.
They took my payment and I have yet to see the ointment and have requested an update 3 times and never get a response.
I called the number that comes up on google but it is just a recording and you can not leave a number.
I think this is a scam.

I purchased two products from them 2 weeks ago. I still have not received the items nor have I received an email stating the items shipped. I tried emailing them but haven't heard back yet. I will be opening a dispute on PayPal. Don't buy from them!

I placed 2 large orders yesterday of 7 different items. The next day they canceled both orders entirely claiming they don't have the inventory. None of the items?! Seems like a shady company to me. Now I have to make sure I get refunds. Ugh.

Got my 1st order for this year from this site and received what just I expected. I ordered 5 times already from here last year and never been disappointed. Hope they can keep up the quality service that they are giving. Thumbs up!
