I ordered a several products 2 months ago, came upon this website on Facebook and thought it was legit. Facebook even charged me $54 for an undisclosed fee. The only mode of contact is through an email that they responded only once with a fake tracking number.

Company based out of china. Difficult and costly to return. Customer Service poor.
Quality of product is terrible.

I would like to know where they get these cheap dollar store clothes and shoes from. I made 2 orders I only got part of my first order and I have not yet got the leggings and cinched belt. I made both orders in April. The sandals I ordered wasn't even the ones that I ordered. I have emailed them asking them to send my order nothing and it is now September. I'm going to have my credit union to file a dispute against them. I will never ever ever order anything from these people again. Simeone should sue them for false advertising

I ordered 5pairs of shoes following their size guide & 2 dresses on 4/20/21. The shoes came & the dresses didn't on 5/15/21. They did refund the amount for the dresses. All 5 pairs of shoes didn't fit. I waited almost a month for my package to arrive & when they did, they were crammed in a plastic bag. They want me to pay shipping to return when their site gave incorrect sizing information. I am still in an email battle with their customer service dept. Absolutely disgusting. Not only is the sizing incorrect, the quality of the merchandise is very poor. Their business practices are horrible. They won't take responsibility for the errors on their site or refund my money. They are a bunch of crooks! Scam artists! Do not purchase from this site! I will be reporting them to the FTC & BBB.

The item received was of horrible quality. In addition, I tried to cancel a partial order and my communication was ignored. I never heard from anyone nor received a credit. I would not recommend.

While cute, the shoes are cheap quality and not worth the cost. This is clearly a scam drop shipping site.

The site has instrictions for returns / exchanges however they do not reply and ignore any follow up requests so thier products can not be returned / exchanged.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS ANSCAM SITE.

It's been two weeks now and have been writing asking for the other part of my order. I did not get any reply and I still did not receive the other half of my order. I'm very disappointed. I will not order with them again.

I ordered a product (3) months ago and status of tracking gave an error. Have contacted multiple times and they have not responded. This company has been reported to the FTC.

I bought 3 itmes and only recevided 2. I enquired about my order and belwo was the respones.

How ever int has been over a month now and I haven't received a refund or respones to my quetions. I did business with fannyliy in good faith but thye didn't hold their end. I will never order form them again. And will advise others to proceed with proceed with caution your good failth may not be honored.
Also I wish I had checked the review before I ordered. It does tell a lot about the company or idvidual.
