The initial order process was very easy! (Tho I wasn't sure about paying by check the total amount due over phone!)
Our order was initially delayed a couple times and when we finally received it was partial. The claims dept (Marcia) picked it up and communicated right away.
Again our order was delayed and postponed a few times but Marcia was excellent communicating with me the status! Thankfully the balance arrived last week from an order placed in Feb.
Price good customer service good BUT give yourself plenty of lead time! Marcia is 5 stars if it comes to a claim!
