Dont buy from this scam website. First off it only took 2 weeks of my order to arrive even though they say two days, second i ordered 3 things from the site but only got 2 items, the only stuff that i can use is the thermal paste and they sended me the wrong internal fan. Dont trust this scammy website because i fell for it and i paid $90 of the things i cant use

The order got fulfilled by Amazon, Amazon sells for 70% cost. Plus no returns or exchange allowed. Requested for an exchange, and no response. Give some BS. Told them to give me what amazon will give you, still no response. Asked for exchange and will pay diff, no response.

Be careful before you place an order. Once placed, they will hide behind their return policy, which they do not explain when you place an order.

Placed an order July 2023, got a Canada Post tracking #. Expected delivery in late August. By mid-Septmeber, nothing arrived. Tracking page still says expecte delivery on the August date. Emailed fasttech, they said it looks like the package may have been lost, and they have dispatched another to me, using the same tracking #. The tracking page was never updated to reflect this - by October, the page still said the expected delivery was the August date. Emailed them at the start of October - no response - then a week after that - no response - then a week after that, expressing that their lack of response was unacceptable, and that I no longer want to do business with them, and that I would like a refund immediately. - finally a response saying "let me check if it has been dispatched". Instead of addressing the concerns. Responded immediately to say that I am concerned with their lack of communication and once again, I am not interested in the order at all any more, and that they should refund me immediately. No response for another week. Sent another email to say please, stop checking whatever you're checking, you have failed to fulfil the order, and your customer service is terrible - please refund immediately. Now it's mid-November - still no response. The tracking pace has been updated to "Item Delayed - Stay Tuned For Updates". This company has stolen my money and they don't care at all. This is a warning - this is a scam company - do not do business with them. The longer they ignore you, the less time you have to request a charge-back from your credit card company.

Whatever you do, do not purchase anything from this company. Their have a no return policy. Be sure to read everything including all their bad reviews (wish I had) before making the purchase should you dare.

Never receive my parts, not answering phone or email, no refund also, they are thieve dont buyu anything from them, i should read the review before buying there

I ordered a part for my PS3 which was shipped to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS compared to what I provided (apparently the good folks at fast tech cannot read).

When I made an attempt to contact fasttech I was ignored. When I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they provided a tracking link (TO THE WRONG ADDRESS) for their bogus shipment and had the audacity to claim that I was trying to get a free item.

No fasttech, you stole my money for an item you shipped to a wrong address and have yet to try to rectify the situation. You are liars and thieves, and swindlers who steal from people. Enjoy your free money, I'll be sure to tell everyone that will listen not to buy anything from your thieving scam of a website.

Ordered air dusters from this company... did not receive and company is not responding to follow-up.

I thought that this was a reputable company and trusted the services that they touted online. I was grossly and sadly mistaken. I shipped off my PS4 Pro to them for repairs and about a week later, I got a call from the shipping outlet I used telling me that UPS called her and said that fasttech was hard to reach- the UPS courier agent was trying to contact them to take delivery of the item. This entire taking delivery of a thing took nearly two weeks to surmount- Fasttech knew that they were being contacted BUT did not tell me, and made no other efforts to contact the courier agent UNTIL I called and started berating them basically. Then there is this long standing issue between Fasttech and UPS---long story BUT my best advise is, IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES AND TERRITORIES, DO NOT SHIP YOUR CONSOLE TO FASTTECH FOR REPAIRS!
Fast forward to weeks later and they STILL have not repaired my console. I asked all the time- last time I checked they said it was repaired and will be shipped out. I checked the next week and they come clean with - ' oh, we tried to repair it and we could not so we will refund you.' They did not refund the original charge for the repair services but deducted $50. This was after I stuck out time, precious time to get into the legal squabble between them and UPS Canada, calling UPS Canada to demand a refund of the charges that was billed to them when they took delivery of the console.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS- THEY ARE A FRAUD AND HIGHLY MISLEADING AND MISREPRESENTING COMPANY! BE WARNED!

After waiting FOUR WEEKS for my PS4 power supply to come in, it finally came. Unfortunately they sent the complete wrong part. Called them and they apologized, said they would email me a return shipping label for the part they sent, and also rush deliver the part that they were supposed to send in the first place. They said it would take no longer than 3 days. 3 days later I still haven't received an email with the shipping label so I call. After getting disconnected twice and put on hold while they try to figure things out, they finally tell me that there's an issue with the canada post (which has nothing to do with not sending me an email OR lying about when my part will be sent out), and my part is out of stock, won't get it for another 3-4 weeks. I said no thanks, I want a refund. I will never never never deal with these people again. Wow

Shehroz Kaiser the oprator and sole employee of fasttech.ca (also leetmods) has spent the summer making dozens of fake accounts on all sorts of sites in a vain attempt to harass myself and my family. He's still refusing to admit he's ripped of either me or the long line of previous customers and lying about not just myself but everyone else who reported his slimey behaviour. He's even claiming the bank refused to do a chargeback which is an outrageous lie as I have the credit card statements to prove that they've already done so. One of the reviews on yelp.ca accurately described him as a BRUTAL THIEF. But in this moment he's an inch away from criminal charges not just for the fraud but stalking and harassment as well.
