Placed my food order with Luby's menu on their website to be delivered by FAVOR. So it was delivered precisely on time, nicely presented, one item missing the beet salad. Completed first form headline FAVOR,=== couldn't "SEND", so tried another form, couldn't SEND. This after spending time detailing the event each time to utter exhaustion. Sp after at least and hour decided to read their other suggestions which led to the same conclusion once you completed the extensive form you could not SEND. Next suggestion was to contact the runner. That was tried and I fully explained again to no avail a reply came back saying that runner was not available to sent it to another. I have never been given the run around as I was by this company - at first I thought it was my fault of perhaps the system wasn't working - NOT. They have no intention of replying or accepting the information. Sorry Lubys I will have to order elsewhere.

I had received the dinner order from Lubys which FAVOR delivered, minus one item. I was trying to either get a refund for the one item or replacement. It doesnt amount to that much money just the manner in which they do not take responsibility for their service and send you from one form to the other which you cannot SEND to them. You are wasting your time and the aggravation when you realize it is intentional.

(Review covers both HEB Grocery delivery and Favor as a Restaurant-Delivery platform)

In comparison to Doordash and others, Favor used to be fantastic! That always surprised me because I thought, how can they hire from the same pool of local drivers (deliverers) and get so lucky? I figured it was training or perks, or something along those lines. In any case, EVERY order delivered through favor was on time; delivery directions were followed; and when the occasion warranted a face-to-face handover, the driver was friendly. But... fast-forward two years... and I have NO idea WHAT happened! What a change for the worse!

While still not as bad as the aforementioned "DD" - lol - I cannot seem to get Favor to consistently deliver our groceries to our back door. What's crazy, is that it would be kind of easier for them to do so, rather than walking all the way to the front of the corner lot or parking at the front and carrying the bags up a slope to the front door. I explain this in the "driver Notes", but seldom do they read them, I guess.

Anyway, so today, I decided I'd leave a comment on those surveys they send, except, it leads to... NOWHERE. I kid you not: the satisfaction survey link is broken.

Ooookay... I decide then to log in to Favor itself and see if there is a way to send feedback. There isn't.

WHAT I DO see, is a restaurant which we normally always go to and that isn't on any other platform we know of. Great! We love this place... so I forget all about favor and I place an order and it gives me no place for a driver tip, but it does give me a "30-minute countdown clock". "WOW!", I think! That's great! 30 minutes? Okay... EXCEPT, they run on some kind of clock the isn't of this world because it is now almost two hours later and their clock is on 22 minutes and the driver is just now at the store, which by the way, makes it too late for me to cancel the order "without potentially being charged FEES". YES, you read that right. FEES for them being an hour late and our food obviously getting soggy, I imagine... sitting there under some heating lamp... But I digress.;)

Obviously, Favor wants to be the new big thing in town, but in the "delivery game", there can be NO such thing without realizing that you CANNOT provide CRAP service and be rewarded with repeated business.

Do YOURSELF a "favor" and skip Favor.

P.S.: OH! And when obtaining a copy of my receipt to include as "Proof of Purchase" for this Sitejabber review, I noticed that almost as if to add insult to injury, they temporarily authorized (held) the funds for the same order THREE times. /sigh
