I searched all day on a Saturday for a pair of pink prescription glasses. I chose finestglasses. Com since from the multiple sites I visited they had very reason prices since I had already used my vision bene6for the year. I knew my prescription by heart since I had entered it several times. I decided to place my order on Nov. 4,2019. My glasses were delivered on Nov. 27th I was notified by email. When I open the glass case I was shocked, mad, upset, disappointed. I had bifocals I hadn't asked for that and wasn't contacted for clarification. I tried but the line bothered my vision. I initially came to the conclusion they were being returned. I contacted about three business to obtain a quote to replace with no line bifocals. It cost even more money than I had paid for the frames and lenses from finestglasses. Com who provided same day service an added bonus for sure.

Please do yourself a Favor and think 100 times before you click on "Order".
The frame was flimsy, the Lab installed the lenses sloppily and incorrectly - leaving gaps between the lenses and the frame grooves - causing vision distortion.
I sent the glasses back, But Finestglasses refused to refund the full amount paid even-though their lab erred. Your satisfaction is definitely Not guaranteed. The only Guarantee is that they keep your money even if you're left with No eyegalsses at all.
Finestglasses - nothing fine about them. Beware!.

They are a bunch of con artist. The glasses arrive broken and they don't honor a replacement. They want you to order a new pair and pay shipping charges

If we could give 0 stars we would. Buyer beware! We received the glasses however none of the frames came as pictured. If you are only ordering black frames you are okay. If you pick any color frame be prepared for it to come looking like it is black. We bought 8 pairs and the only ones that were correct were a gold metal pair and 2 black pairs... Even through emails the employee writing my wife and I sent one of our pictures back claiming it was a black pair we ordered when it was actually supposed to be dime (leopard color). If the employees can't tell a difference that says something. Do not patronize this business. I am just calling my money a loss.
