Hello, the package was delivered but plastic bag it was in was ripped and the bag was soaked due to rain on that day. The bag took a few days to dry out but was a little dirty. Trying to clean the bag now.

I would've liked to have been notified when my items shipped and had a link to track the shipment WITHOUT having to download an app (untrustworthy) and been able to known when delivery was expected.
