Harlingen TX. I shop here every 3 to 4 months, sometimes longer. I do this hoping they will hire competent people that know what customer service is. I stood in an empty line while 2 employees, one on computer with no customer and the other on his personal phone, with no customer. They both saw me and neither helped me or offered to help me. A girl came from the back and first thing she said was, Hello, I can help you. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HOPE SHE GETS A RAISE FOR HER EFFORTS! THANK YOU GIRL, OR I MIGHT STILL BE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY MONEY.
