First Class Herbalist Oils

As reported elsewhere, they apparently have small print that 14 days after your first trial order is placed you will be auto billed twice for $89. I couldn't believe it. I hadn't even received my 5 plus 2 trial, which also was deceiving including the 7.95 shopping scam others mentioned. The CBD is clear (filtered) and I can't tell yet if it works. The scam is unforgivable! Makes me sick to be a victim and ruins my whole outlook of buying online.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. They sent me the 4.95 test bottle and then like the others two weeks later they charged me $89 for it. I called them they claim it was in the small print. I asked them for the website he could not give me the website so that I can read the small print so I still don't believe it's there. I'm disputing this with my credit card company will see what happens but they are a total scam not legitimate

Unfortunately looked into this site and unbenounced to me they charged me for products I never ordered. I called immediately and was assured that I would receive my money back. It's been several days now and one of their representatives Marianne, has been rude and very unprofessional and claims that I made this order. The biggest problem is she kept telling me that I needed to read the fine print. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (as many others have). Buyer beware! They are a scam!

The only reason that I ordered cbd was because I accidentally let my medical marijuana card expire. So, while I was waiting for the process to get my card, I ordered these, saw the fine print and was able to cancel before charged. They have absolutely helped me.

Made an order on Dec 2nd 5 days later they took 10.95 out of my account. Even asked when placing order if they would be taking any more money out of my account. But they did. So they ended up give me 22.45 for refund, im still out $16.54, to which they told me. The amount refunded will be based on USD and any foreign currencies are based on an approximate daily exchange rate. I call bull$#*!

Do not fall for this! Same trouble as everyone else. Did not see where it said trial offer and charge $89.95 after 2 weeks. Disputes dont seem to help. There has to be something we can do to get our money back from these con artists! They use a different name when it takes money out of account also! Tried fighting it for 2 months with no results! The CBS oil doesn't work either.

They tried to charge me 209. For 3 bottles, and cream and oil that I didn't order either. However, 5 minutes after that transaction, I got a notification from my bank about possible unauthorized charges. So glad my bank caught it! They still sent the products and they were totally ineffective! Luckily, they can't keep sending and billing me for automatic reorders! Run from this sorry excuse for a company!

Stay away it's a rip very poor product & prices are misleading they ship stuff not ordered.

Look for the small print, if it even exists. You purchase a product to try it and then you receive products you didn't order. And, you are on a recurring charge that you must cancel to prevent further charges. Total scam! Multiple names and locations (in Utah) and you end up talking with someone out of the country when you try to follow up. In addition the product didn't help with pain relief, which was my reason for trying it.

Like everyone else, I bought as it appeared legitimate, with Dr Phil and Dr Oz standing by the product. I didn't for a trial, but have now been billed $89.85. The trouble is they have locked my bank account, which during the pandemic is causing serious problems. I waited 120 minutes to reach Loss Prevention yesterday, 90 minutes on Sunday and have so far waited 60 minutes as I type. My branch can not unlock my account. So I am in a pandemic with no access to my bank account because of these vile scumbags.

Like everyone else, they told me I had agreed to a trial, but the website now gives a 404 error, so I can't prove anything.

If my bank doesn't reverse the charge I will drive to Utah when the pandemic lifts.

As someone else stated, I ordered this because it indicated it was endorsed by Tom Selleck but I got a screwed up mess, was overcharged & got another order! I did call & get removed from auto ship, but am still stuck with a useless product. I used it daily for a month as recommended and could tell no difference. Felt very put out by the false advertising gimmick about Tom Selleck!

Add stated buy 2 cbd get 3 free total 5. You will only get 2 add is not true.! Very misleading. I should have known it was a scam without address or email or phone # on and oil when you call they will tell you pinch wrong button

I ordered 10 bottles of first class cbd gummies believing the reviews on their site! I believe these are some of the worst on the market. I also believe they are acting in a fraudulent manner. CBD oil is the last ingredient on the list, right next to the dyes. The gummies have a miniscual amount of the cbd and they definately DO NOT WORK. As far as the guarantee... been trying to get it for 6 months... they will not honor it!

I purchased hemp gummies to which the price was not clear right from the start... from US$37 to almost Cdn$400 billed on my credit card. Product does absolutely nothing it claims it does which is help with insomnia & digestion, etc. Gummies are just a whole lot of sugar! DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the trial $4.95 pain rub. I have a pinched nerve in back of neck, rotator cuff and lower back stiffness. Yea I'm a mess even though I continue to weight train. The pain rub does relieve inflammation but I have to apply it often. I emailed a few days after receiving the product to make sure I wouldn't get billed for $89.99 reorder. After a month I've not been charged and still have enough to last another month. I don't understand all these complaints. It's a good product and people need to be smarter about canceling reorders. I will reorder when I need to.

Like others, I was charged $207.00 for a trial that I assumed was for 3 bottles of CBD oil for $39.00. I received five bottles of worthless 100mg oil and a small jar of a topical cream. A phone call proved worthless as I'm still waiting for a refund since September.
The best course of action for us all would be to file a complaint with the Utah State Attorney's Office and hope they will put an end to this company's fraudulent practices.

Don't buy from this company because you'll get ripped off!

I bought first "free" trial and was charged after 2 weeks $89. I can not cancel my "membership" online and my call have not been answered. I presses on the ad where it said no membership required! Ridiculous lies!

I was charged $89.95 3 times for trials that were only supposed to be for the shipping costs of $4.95! Either I didn't read the fine prints or there was actually none, buyers beware! I'm in the process of calling the bank to see if I'm able to recoup any or all of money or at the very least to ensure no more cash is drained from my account. YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!

They hit my account for $199.96 for some gummies I only had to pay the shipping of $4.72.
They refunded me half ($99.98) but no more.

1st, the cover is the offer looks like it's coming from CVS. THEN, I declined the second offer, they didn't offer a "review your order" but just charged shipping for both! I read and reread if this was one of those automatic reorder scams and didn't find ANY fine print about it. I immediately emailed them explaining how I was charged for an offer I declined and requested my entire offer be canceled. They did respond, indicating it was a "subscription", canceled my order but NO refund since it was for shipping and not the product! Unbelievable!

I need to cancel my subscription that I know they are automatically going to send me and charge me for. I will fight with my bank until the end of days if you send me anything. You have no way to cancel that I can find. If anyone has information on these people please let me know

Scam! Take your money and don't deliver but claim product shipped. Plus all three calls to them so far were answered by foreigners, thought they were in Utah or some Western state.

Same as rest on here. Trial of 39.95 charged in same day for 209.00. Also roped into a cod crime for 7.95. Was on a page that had no out. I called bank within minutes and disputed transaction and cancelled my card so they can't keep charging me. I am hopeful my dispute will stick.
