Frist time I've tried something like this. And I'm very impressed with how easy and quick it was. Will definitely use again
The service was really fast and efficient. No complaints about their turnaround time. I have items shipped to me from nearby that took longer to arrive, so 5 out of 5 for ship speed and packaging. They shipped my item in a manner that didn't unnecessarily add weight and cost. Item arrived perfectly! Item came via DHL and the experience through customs was very quick too. Good turnaround on package from Germany to UK but pricing could be more transparent and service cheaper.

If you are shipping from our Germany warehouse to UK then DHL is the more reliable and cost effective courier service. DHL shipping prices are calculated based on volume which means it it usually more cost effective for you to ship more items together under 1 shipment rather than sending single light weight items. I have done some calculations based on your recent package that you shipped from our Germany warehouse to UK and a shipment (single or multi piece) sent with DHL Economy or Express from our Germany warehouse with a total chargeable weight up to 1 kg would be the same shipping price excluding any additional repack charges if you did choose to consolidate. Therefore, the more low weight packages that you process for shipping together as a multi piece with DHL, as long as the total overall chargeable weight (actual or volumetric weight) of the goods in each package does not exceed 1 kg, the better the value to you for the shipping costs. In conclusion, to make the shipping price more cost effective for you we would advise that you order some additional items to your Germany inbox and have these shipped alongside your 1 single electronics package as this would have ensured you would get the very best overall shipping cost for your goods and you would have received more items to your address in UK for the exact same shipping price as 1 package.

There was some back n forth as my item contained foodstuffs, albeit they were certified by continental authorities. All in all a satisfactory result.
Faster that expected. Good communication. Congratulations for a great service.
This isn't cheap but its very very convenient. Ordered shoes from Spain which didnt ship to the UK so send them to the forward 2 me Germany addressed. Was updated promptly when it was received and a few clicks later it was on its way. Courier attempted delivery yesterday which was quicker than expected and looking forward to receiving the item today.
I needed something that could only be bought on ebay in the UK and the seller did not ship internationally. I was informed of this service which while free upfront, ended up costing an exorbitant amount to ship if I wanted tracked and insured shipping (which FedEx offers at £2 above the cost to ship but Forward2me charged an extra £20 to add on top of the £48 cost to ship so £68 and I got my item but they didnt put "fragile" on the package they shipped limed the original shipper did so my packaged came smashed up. Thankfully with minimal (but still some) damage to my merchandise. Overall I am happy to finally get the item but feel ripped off by the price vs. Service ratio!

This was easier than I thought. Had no problems will definitely use them again.
I sent a monitor through forward2me, as the package was large, they mandatorily instructed me that the package had to be repackaged. The package arrived with a precarious packaging, as it was not properly protected in one corner. The consequence is that due to the poor packaging and transportation, the monitor arrived broken at one corner.

I had been trying to get a specific pair of gloves for months in the US, Forward2Me allowed me to purchase online and ship to one of their warehouses (for a shop that wouldn't ship internationally).
Forward2Me alerted me when they got the package, let me know the place in Queue I was to repack/ship, and got it to my door in the US from the UK within a week of purchase.
Awesome service, definitely will use again.
I just recently started using Forward2Me as my main reshipping service and my experience thus far has been exceptional. I get my packages in a timely manner, undamaged and packed properly. The shipping fees are also reasonable and they offer package protection for the declared value of your items. Highly recommend!
This is a really great service, wish I would've signed up years go. I use this service to purchase sneakers that I can't get within the US. Don't understand why one pair of shoes would be put into the Combine and Repack process. I understand the intent to save the customer a few bucks on shipping, but please understand some customers value speed over cost savings. I have no desire for my package to go through this process and have to wait until 1,200 other packages are repacked before mine (this is based off of an update email I received for where my package was in line). It only happened on the first order I placed, since then, all other orders went straight to the Ship Now process.
Yes, shipping does seem to be a bit high, but what isn't expensive these days, especially shipping something internationally. All in all, it's a great service and when I do have a concern customer service is quick to respond.
Everything went very well! Shipping to US was within 1 week.
