If you aren't getting the numbers they are very upfront about, trust me, its not the leads. It's your sales reps. On that note, FLM has enough instructions to provide on how their leads should be worked so your reps can make it happen. Or prove that they are wasting your money and hit the bricks. They really do approach it from a "Your success is our success" angle which is the added bonus; Great customer service. Christina has been my main point of contact. She's always just an email away and really knows how to take care of business. In short: Keep on doing what you're doing FLM!

Have done everything they can to provide qualified leads to us at a fair price based on ROI. They actually care if the leads you purchase are qualified. We've dealt with many "lead vendors" and marketing cos, especially in CA, and these people are one of the few good ones. We are a small tax resolution co in FL, and forward leap has been one of our best resources for picking up new clients with volume.
