I was looking for something unique and eye-catching for my gym's entrance and found exactly it at Fountains.com. Their selection of water fountains is impressive, and the one I purchased has exceeded my expectations. The quality of all fountains are exceptional, and this is low-maintenance, which is great for a busy gym. I'm very happy with my purchase and have received numerous compliments from clients who love the calming effect it has.
Purchased a rain curtain for $11k black with lights for new home courtyard. Installed 10/21 Started rusting at edges within the first year. Contacted company via email many times with no response. Months went by. After calling and live chat finally got response to send pics which had been sent with all emails. Then lead team builder responded to severe rusting by stating stainless steel does not rust and resealing should be done. In a year? And never told this at purchase. Then 1.5 years pump died. Nightmare to get out. Side panels all rusted, screws rusted and can't get out. Still no resolution from company. Huge eyesore in our courtyard. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! Not at all worth the money craftsmanship is horrible!

I got a custom fountain from Fountains, and I couldn't be happier. They made exactly what I wanted, and the price was amazing. The fountain looks great in my garden, and it didn't cost a fortune. Fountains is the best place to get a custom fountain in the USA without spending too much.
Ordered a $17,000 fountain. Had to spend hundreds more to fix manufacturing errors. Parts are failing after less than 2 years. Company won't stand behind their product. Have to spend another few hundred to fix current issues. Buyer beware.
