Here is some of what is said on these and similar free item scams:

Then they say this?
"All you need to do to qualify for the weekly iPod giveaway raffle is fill out a Free Survey Offer? That's it folks! Just complete one free offer to enter into the raffle. "
(So you get your name put into a raffle of unknown size and creditability...?)
Yeah you aren't going to get anything...
(Except all your info sold, and then even more spam)
