Submitted a purchase for 2 pair of Alexander Mcqueen oversized trainers on 12-Aug-22. My order was then directed to PayPal for payment. Upon submitting the order I noticed the total was only for one pair. I figured the site must not have had the size I needed in one pair so only charged me for 1. Typically you receive an order confirmation with the order number which never came. Finally after a few days I received an email from PayPal with a transaction and FEDX tracking number. Upon entering the tracking number into the FEDX search engine it stated the package had been delivered on 19-Aug-22. Per my building surveillance no package was delivered on the 19th. So I then reached out to the seller Freiraumhannover both on the website and by email address provided. Never received a response from either. I then tried to submit a claim with PayPal who refused to issue a refund because they stated a tracking number was provided by the seller. I reached out again to the seller requesting the correct mailing address, city, state and zip code so I could submit a claim with FEDX. They were not provided on the fraudulent FEDX tracking slip. Buyer beware this is not a working site that provides ANY merchandise. It is a fake site. Your money roll be stolen and you will not receive anything. Do Not purchase anything with them as the site and PayPal will not assist. If you have any issues the email provided *******@hotmail.com you will not get a response from submitting any correspondence from either.
