After Rarechems disappeared I did not know what to do, as they were the only reliable RC vendors I really trusted. I was ripped off several times by other companies. When I got the email from Freshchems informing me they were the same staff and they were running this new site I was relieved and quite confidently bought some stuff from them. As expected, they were fast delivering it and the product was what it was supposed to be. Yeah! :)
Silently changed policy while my order spent over a week processing which it still says it is, in the middle of me typing my question they put up the BS "support is only partially available between…" They're going to jail

I was very happy to see that Freshchems is back in action. Always was a big fan of their predecessor company. They carry a range of products that few other competitors can match, and always of impeccable quality. Very professional, easy to navigate website, and straightforward ordering process. Shipping times were excellent too!
