Fullfitting

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Don't waste your money. After receiving a poorly made, incorrectly sized swimsuit, I contacted the company for return instructions. It took a week to receive a reply, only to be told that return shipping costs would exceed the cost of the bathing suit. They offered me a discount code to purchase another suit. I would never order from this company again.

I put order with fullfituk shop they had double charged me.my order was 137$ thy separately added 107$ and 30$. I canceled the order with in 12 hours period. Via Instagram and via email. They still shipped order 3 days later even do they put in writing that they can't ship since I open case with pay pal and put dispute on my cc. Extremely unprofessional! And shady business. DO NOT ORDER!

Like many others on this site I too am being given the run around. Emails exchanges take forever, language is poor. I'm being offered discount codes and other products of theirs instead of honouring their money back guarantee. I would just like my money back please! I don't want any more of your products! They're not well made!

Only order exact size because this company WILL NOT return your emails to get instructions to return an item. Delivery time is pitiful. I would advise not to use this company.

This company is pathetic. Do not honor return policy nor give information for return. They are scammers.

Cannot get a refund, will not return emails after several attempts. I have spent over $100 on 2 swimsuits that don't fit. Be warned do not buy from this company.

Customer service is terrible. They do not answer e-mails, no phone number. Do yourself a favor, never order anything from them. I just wanted to exchange and return an item.

I have repeatedly sent emails for return label and no one response. The worst shopping experience ever. Horrible customer service, don't even deserve 1 star

Looks like I'm not the only one getting scammed! Almost a month later, and I have yet to receive my 2 suits. I cannot get a response via email or facebook messenger. I am SO aggravated! Lesson learned at the price of $57... grrr

Ordered a suit on may 4th 2019. Site said product would ship in 3-7 demand an email would be sent with tracking info. On the 15 day, emailed for an update, twice, no response. Went to Facebook page a d sent message. Was told product was out of stock would take 1-2 weeks to restock and ship. Waited another 2 weeks, nothing. Sent message through Facebook, was told sorry, out of stock would ship 1-2 weeks again. Have asked for refund, will see if I get that. Would not recommend ordering from this site.

They advertise manufactures swimsuits, but the send you a poorly made knock-offs. I ordered two one-piece swim-dresses, received two tankini's. Even with the low price it is too much money for what you get. Now to receiver a refund, yes, they want me to pay shipping to send back their mis-represented product.

I'm going on a cruise next month so I'm in the market for some new swimwear. The ad for this company flashed across my Facebook and the price was amazing. That's actually what prompted me to look up the review page. The prices were too good to be true. I actually think there should be some kind of verification process before people are allowed to have ads on Facebook. I'm so sorry for those who are out money. Thanks for giving us the heads up.

I've experienced the exact issues as other shoppers. I did notify the Better Business Bureau and my credit card co that have reversed the charges and are investigating(AMEX.) Sadly fo many they will not be aware of the this co and ALL of their sister partners until it's too late.

I ordered 5 swim suits. $157.00. Two of them took 3 months to arrive. The two that I did receive were such horrible quality they were not even wearable. I had ordered the same suits from another reputable site and they were great, I was just trying to save some money thinking these would be the same considering they were using the same model images. They were not even close to the same quality. I have never put on a swimsuit this horrible in my life. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site.

I wish I would have taken the time to do some research before ordering swim suits from them. They don't hesitate to charge your credit card. 6 weeks and I still haven't received my order. Contacted them to cancel or get a status of my order and no one reply's back. This is a SCAM!

I wanted to return my suits for a refund and have been screwed around for 30 days so far and they have not followed their return policy, have not issued a return label and will not comply with requests. I have disputed the purchase with my credit card company.

Was hoping it was going to be legit but from the answers I got on FB messenger and the fact that they keep deleting every comment on Instagram and Facebook ads makes me feel like its not a good website

Just like the other comments. Ordered 5/13/19 and because I asked on 5/29/19 the status then I got an e-mail from Alan saying one of the bathing suits I ordered was on back order. If I wanted to wait two weeks. Well, after reading all of the reviews, I disputed the charge with my credit card and I want to cancel completely the order! At this point, I just want my money back.

It's been almost a month since I ordered a suit with no shipping info other than initial email saying the order was placed. Haven't heard back after contacting for ETA. From other reviews it sounds like it could still come but if it doesn't show up in the next week I want my money back. No customer service number to reach out to. Two thumbs down!

I'm very careful about reading return policies when I order things online. Their policy "SEEMED" reasonable. When I received the two suits I ordered I was not comfortable with how they fit. I immediately inquired on how to proceed to make returns. Their first email asked why I wanted to return the suits and I explained. Their next email asked specifically for pictures "to confirm the problem"! I responded that I was not sending pictures and asked again for return information. They again did they need pictures!

So, yeah. Buyer beware. I order 90% online, usually from well know companies. I did an impulse buy from this company. Items arrived late, no order slip included, no way to contact anyone to return. Apparently, per one email reply that I received, it is my fault for the fact that their size chart is wrong. Save your heard earned $

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR SUITS ARE POOR FIT AND QUALITY PLUS THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER YOUR EMAILS WHEN NEEDING TO RETURN. SCAM!
