At the time, I needed a Plumber and I considered this Company Full Nelson. This business is absolutely terrible! On June 2nd, 2023, I had one of their Plumbers come over to my house to (hopefully) install a Faucet because on my previous one, the Single-Handle Mechanism broke from deterioration. He came and inspected under my sink where the water lines were with his flashlight and I asked, "What is the bottom-line price to install a new Faucet?" He replied (but I do not know how he even formed his mouth to verbalize it), "Oh, it will only cost you $600 dollars." Now mind you, I had already purchased my own New Kohler Faucet to be installed. I was simply "stunned and floored" at this price. At first, I had no words and had to compose myself and my thoughts, but eventually, I replied back, "That is a house payment price, no, thanks" and "promptly" escorted him out of my house. Unfortunately, although "he did absolutely nothing but look under my sink with his flashlight," it taught me a very valuable lesson for even considering using this Company for anything because it cost me a $49 Dollar Service Fee for just coming to my residence even though I did not use their services to which, I will "never do again." I have a "very stern warning" for anyone who is thinking of using them, if you just want "to give your money away to them," feel free to do so, but if you do not, "STAY AWAY FROM EVEN CALLING THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT BECAUSE OF THEIR PRICES!" THEY ARE SIMPLY RIDICULOUS AND THEY HAVE NO QUALMS OF GOING ABOUT CHARGING YOU LUDICROUS INSTALLATION FEES!
