I placed an order for a custom shirt that they not only got wrong because the customer service rep misinformed me about the product, but then didn't call me back until AFTER the item shipped when I asked for it to be cancelled since it hasn't been completed yet. Then the "supervisor" FINALLY calls back to say sorry, can't help other than to take $2 off your next order. If it wasn't done correctly the first time, I'm surely not paying you more! On 3 different occasions the CSR didn't do what was said and now I'm out of the money and the shirt for my mother in law's only Christmas present. Seems like a big scam! Had they called me back when promised, the completion/shipping could have been prevented. They knew to wait until it was too late!
This company is a source for personalized gifts. They acknowledge that they incorrectly personalized an item but will not refund my money or replace the item with a correct one. Wasted a couple hours on the phone with Customer Service. I will never shop here again and encourage that you should expect trouble if you do.
I ordered something for my son through one of the other sites (SportsGifts.Com) which is under the umbrella of FutureMemories.com... there is essentially NO customer service, no way of tracking your order and no response, other than an automated reply to email inquiries!
