I was a long time member of Gamesplanet when it had a U.S. address. I bought many games and they are stored on the site. The site was moved to a UK site and I couldn't access my games. I contacted the site and was told "yeah we didn't move all the accounts". I then asked them to restore it and was told it was no, I said "oh so it's stiff luck I paid for all the games and now can't access them?" The answer was YES that's right. Therefore, I would suggest that if they are the only place that carries the game you want, only buy hard copies on cd sent your home address, not online downloads as you will lose access to them if they decide to change servers again.
