It a solution perfect for follow and control our projects, very easy to use (You do not need to be Excel expert use it) and easy to buy. In our company we handling projects and we did not have tools for follows and controls, we bougth Gantt Excel and was perfect solution

I have been using gantt excel for a while, and I find it simple but robust to track the many moving parts of my project work. Recently when I had technical issues with my computer, and lost my license information the technical support team at Ganttexcel were not only fast at responding but very helpful and solved my issue with their first contact back to me. I was pleasantly surprised! Most times you never know if you will ever hear back from support sites.

Looking for a decent alternative to MS Project that can be used/shared with non-Project Managers. This has all the basic features you would need to get a plan together without the expensive overhead of MS Project.

I just paid for GanttExcel and immediately received the download link along with the instructions. Had a problem with activation probably due to some Excel & Macro related or say.. God knows what related issues... Immediately wrote back to their customer service and literally got feed back within minutes along with the solution... I now have no problem running the program...
What else can one expect??? I am deeply satisfied with the service and I hope my satisfaction will be alike with the program itself! :)

This is a great Project management tool that is very easy to use ,and share with team members. There is no need to worry about not having Ms Project. I would like to eventually a cloud version in the near future

Steve was awesome when I managed to order the product twice for different computers. I got a complete refund and only paid an upgrade fee. Replies were prompt, courteous and received even on a national holiday

I accidentally purchased this product twice. I didn't us the pay pal option the first time and it looked as though the payment didn't go thru. customer service actually alerted me to this fact and rectified the situation.

I only scored the product at 3 stars because I haven't fully utilized the product yet.

Had no trouble getting started, but ran into a few problems making the Gantt chart bend to my specific needs - was almost entirely "operator issues". Fortunately, their customer service was attentive and outstandingly responsive. I received CONSTRUCTIVE answers to my questions within a very few hours (not days) in every case. They even took the time to troubleshoot my first draft project schedule, which set me on my way very well. Product is quite thorough and feature-rich- more than I expected for the price.

I am very happy with the product, and especially with the promptness of service whenever I run into issues.

A few comments:
*I would love it if I was able to use the "undo" feature while using the program.
*I also had some issues regarding dates, e.g. The year had 53 weeks instead of 52, or one month would have up to 5 weeks.

Overall program is very intuitive.

This saved a lot of time for me. Having to update a schedule in project, then copy to excel was very time consuming and didn't allow real time changes in my meetings. Having this done in excel allows me to customize my schedule just like project while adding additional tabs for other information. I've received nothing but positive feedback from my pears. Well worth the investment and has paid for itself.

The chart is amazing and easy to use. This will be a resource I use for years to come! Excellent customer service. Had questions about how to use and they provided solutions almost immediate.

GanttExcel.com have produced a really neat and tidy low cost Gantt Chart solution for users who are interested in basic functionality.
At the price point of $49.95 (more than 90% cheaper than Microsoft Project) I decided to risk purchasing the product. What was surprising for me was that even at this low price point there was a very helpful customer support desk via email which helped me with a few initial start up problems.
For users who want basic functionality at low cost with customer support I can highly recommend this product. Best of luck to the GanttExcell.com team who I am sure will continue to improve and develop their services.

The latest version of Ganttexcel is bringing few great features such as the pop-up calendar making this application even easier to use.
I am looking forward for the next upgrade!

I've been looking for a simple & inexpensive solution then GanntExcel showed in my search results. Tried it first & it didn't take long before I decided to buy the program. A very good alternative for MS Project if you're in a tight budget.

I tested and purchased other Excel based Gantt Chart products but none were as easy to use and flexible as 'GanttExcel'.

The product is easy to install, use and allows the user to create 'real world' Gantt charts. I encountered a technical issue with the product and the support was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my unique issue and provide me with a effective solution.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing to create Excel Gantt Charts.

I'm a certified project manager. I searched the internet for a sample project plan that I could use that would be easier than Microsoft Project. I found Gantt Excel and really liked what I saw. The price seemed fair so I purchased the Ultimate Gantt version. It's very easy to use and you can put a project plan together in a Gantt chart that saves you tons of time. I needed help from their customer service and their response was in minutes! I used their 'Contact Us' and they replied within minutes. Great customer service. I highly recommend this product.

This is a must-have tool for every project manager, but not only. I know that many of us avoid using Gantt charts just because they are quite complex and hard to create. However, whenever we see a proper Gantt chart we admire the person who created it and are jealous of his skills 🙂

I checked them and I am sure they are much better than whatever I was going to create by myself. All you need to adjust them according to your needs, and that's all.
