I ordered a medium sized shirt for my husband's birthday from this online company. Despite consistently wearing a medium throughout our 31-year marriage, the medium shirt from Gearcape did not fit. They do not provide exchanges for a different size unless the customer covers a $25+ shipping fee. Instead they offered a 25% refund, so I am getting back $9 and change and have a shirt that fits no one in my family or extended family.

Tip for consumers:
Measure carefully & make sure you are certain you will like how your selection will look when worn. Exchanges are only accepted if the garment is flawed in its construction.

I am a100% dissatisfied customer of Gear Cape and suggest that "No one" order their products! I would not even give them a "1" rating!
I ordered a Titleist golf shirt for Christmas "New Release of the 123rd U.S. Open Championship Titleist Clothing Golf Polo Shirt. After a 3 week wait for my delivery what an absolute disappointment. The fabric of the golf shirt is absolutely pathetic, I can't even qualify the fabric content, it is so stiff that would be very uncomfortable to wear! Also, the Titleist emblem is stamped on which is sure to peel off with a wash! I sent a return refund request through Gear Cape's support team and my response from them is a 10% refund which is only $4.60 for my
Tip for consumers:
Poor quality and poor customer service, product did not represent item listed on their website! I was 100% scammed…anyone who will not allow a consumer to return an item that has not been used due to poor quality should not be selling items!
Horrible experience. Sent me a hoodie that i paid 70$ for with a random weiner dog on it. This is after a two week back and forth designing my hoodie. They even sent me a mockup that i approved and still got it wrong.wont exchange it. Don't recommend.
www.gearcape.com They have product mislabeled online. You will order a sweatshirt and receive a tshirt. They will not give you a refund. Buyer beware.
Ordered an embroidered sweatshirt from this company. It took a decent amount of time to come in, with the price I paid for the sweater I expected it to be of good quality but the sweater they sent is extremely cheap and I'm disappointed to say the least.
