Ordered some oil filters instead of getting robbed blind by my dealer. Order was completed but shipping was slowwwwwww.Took a week just get the order update and then they sat on it for another day for shipping. It's cheap and slow.
Buyer beware, GenuniteKiaParts.com is not a real business and does not even maintain a functioning telephone number for any purchase related inquiries. There is no option to exchange parts or receive refunds. I received the wrong part sent from an affiliated party as this site only routes orders to other dealers, with no recourse for an exchange or refund, even upon return of the part. Emails are unanswered and the listed phone number does not work. Buy parts from a reputable site, not this one.
I ordered a very large item from this online retailer. I had tried to buy it from another similar online retailer but they were unable to ship it for a reasonable rate and had to cancel the order.
This company had the know-how to find an effective shipping option, and even with the shipping cost it was still 20% cheaper than buying the item at my local Kia dealer.
The item arrived on time in new condition. Great job, happy customer.
