Get-carts

Hello readers, Once again I'm on here to leave a bad review. Also i have posted pictures at proof to purchase at your own risk. So on April 8th 2022 i purchased item from this web site, i should've know they weren't legit or what have you, because when i tried to make the first payment on April 7th 2022 it wouldn't go through. Now when purchasing from this site they only take Bitcoin, Zelle or Cashapp, so right then i was like umm "should "i, "should i", i asked a few people and i also looked up the site i saw nothing bad and of course on their website there were all good reviews (because its their website duh right) anyway i eventually said ok I'm going to do it because they have great prices, let me also add you have to purchase $200 or more on their site, so i did and the shipping was $20. I sent the money through Cashapp and when i put in the information they sent me to put in to send it (because once you confirm everything you want they send you an email on how to send them the money) so when i put in the information a women popped up as a profile picture, so i message them asking am i suppose to send the money to this person they said yes, I sent it well tried to send it because it didn't go through right then i should have stopped and said forget it but i messaged them again and this time they called me and this was right away within minutes. So a guy was on the other end telling me how to send it, he told me to do so i did it and it still didnt go through. I said oh boy should i try a different way because sometimes cash app has issues so i stopped and waited till the next day, i messaged them again and told them its not going through send me the Zelle information, they messaged me back and asked for my order number, i sent it to them then they sent me the information. So i tried to send it and it went through. Once you have a confirmation it was sent you have to send them a screen shot that the payment went through, Once i did that the next day they sent me a tracking number, After that i checked to see where the package was, the shipping company they use does not show you were your stuff is its nothing like tracking your packages with UPS or USPS etc. it just says when they pick it up and when it should be delivered. My delivery date was April 14th 2022. Once the 14th came and it wasn't in there i said i'll wait maybe 1 or 2 more days before i contact the shipping company and Get-Cart. If you checked the pictures you can see all the contacting we did, i don't have any photos of any interactions with the shipping company because they never got back to me till this day i have never heard from them, And now Get-Carts stopped answering its just a headache, I've also received an email from the shipping company saying that my package is at some address and if i want it i have to pay an extra $200 for insurance because the site i ordered it from didn't put any insurance on it, i was blown away i couldn't believe it. I'm so upset because I'm being ignored, i even told Get-Carts just let me know that I'm not getting anything back no money no items atlas i would feel a tad bit better, no fully but a little, so here was my review BUYER BEWARE.
