I ordered my blood pressure medication from this site. The first order was fine. The second order was a different brand from Germany and it was worthless. I tried to deal with this with them for a month. When I finally sent a scathing email about how they are endangering the lives of people with life threatening conditions, someone finally called me, only to tell me a pharmacist would call me in 48 hours. They are terrible. Stay away

Ordered 2 prescriptions from here. Both were troublesome at best. I tried to refill one before it expired but the website wouldn't register any refills. I tried for 2 days and then finally called. They told me my prescription for acne cream had just expired that day, and they would not refill it. Customer service was very condescending. Very frustrating. The other prescription was for arthritis gel. They would not accept the original that I had mailed to them and I had to get the doctor to fax the prescription. L will not use them again.

Terrible customer service. Buyer Beware; it could be called getindiandrugs or getchinesedrugs. I thought I was getting a good deal until I found out that they shop around the world for the cheapest drugs (that is what one of the employees told me) and I was sent a drug from India rather than from Canada. No heads up to me (after receiving the same product for years from them) that they were shipping something different which didn't even have the same name. I immediately sent it back and customer service assured me months ago they would reimburse me for it plus the shipping cost after I sent in my receipt for shipping, which I immediately did. They did finally refund the cost of the drug, but now have reneged on their promise to reimburse my return shipping costs. The bottom line is if you're only looking for inexpensive drugs and don't care about customer service or what you're putting in your body, this is the place to go.
