They like to take money without providing services and won't refund your money- very expensive and not worth it. Smug rude customer service attendant. Also sends you emails you cannot reply to when you try to cancel

Here is why, a high percentage of techvedic employees poses expert troubleshooting skills such as correctly identifying malfunctioning components. This is the result of adequate and most up to date training materials. All the reps are experienced working on computers Above all they value their customers. As per me the plan price are on higher side but the return of investment is great so no complaints

Used the premium service for a while for some of our websites, but found the app to be highly unreliable. Cancelled the service, then found that we were still charged after having cancelled the service. They refused to refund us for the cancelled service. Have contacted the bank to prevent further charges and to dispute the charge. I would recommend using another live chat software for your website. Their service goes down pretty often.

We switched from Salesforce.com because Salesboom.com CRM is very user friendly and easy to train sales people to use it. Also they have great customer support and their staff works hard to help you implement the system and get up and running very quickly.

Tip for consumers:
I would make sure I get the fast track option so they do all the work: data importing, customizations, custom reports, etc.
