They have unethical practices. I purchase a romper that said it was reflective. It was made of plastic so I returned. Refuse me a refund of any kind so I contacted my credit card. Agreed to store credit. Each time I tried to place the order they said oh we have to fix that Then suddenly the owner states that if apply for a chargeback you are banne. I asked what is a chargeback. Basically if you report them to the credit card company you loose all your credit. He claims it is writing but that still does not make it legal. So I filed with BBB.org and will call the Attorney General Office.
