I ordered my custom singlet after my very first meet over two years ago. I was told it would be done in a few weeks. The product never arrived. Multiple contacts and multiple promises that my refund would be sent and here I am no singlet, no money refunded.

My husband contacted her via social media, he also commented negatively on various posts that recommended her for a custom singlet. That was the only way she would respond and she would ask him to not trash talk her business. She would then suggest different ways that I would receive a refund. Time after time she said it was either in the mail, or she completed it through PayPal but nothing ever arrived.

No integrity, how does she not get arrested because she is literally stealing from dozens of people promising merchandise and never delivering.

Please do not order from this girl, it is essentially a "go fund me" charity for her if you do.

I placed and order on August 20 for a large Carolyn for 95 dollars. I have not received the item and it is now October 14th. I have requested for a full refund. I have contacted to owner many times and she takes forever to respond if she responds... She stated on her last email that the order went out which I never received a tracking number or email... she wanted me to confirm my address which I did almost 2 weeks ago and she has not responded...

Ordered a glamlet one month ago and I am still waiting for it to get here. Heather (the owner) is very difficult to get in touch with and cannot provide an estimated time of arrival (if she even answers my e-mails at all). Will not be buying from here again. You were warned.

Decided for my first sanctioned meet to get a cute singlet from Heather.
Was told 6-8weeks. Which set me a week before I left for my meet.
Sent in the info, and the $110. Did hear anything for weeks. Checked in, she said she never got my emails. Heard nothing for a while, and asked to see the material, I'm not picky but I wanted an idea of what it would look like. Told her I was flexible on the design I just wanted an idea. Although I asked for pictures of the material and or design I got nothing and she said it was already made about 2-3 weeks away from the supposed 8 week deadline.

Got a bad feeling in my stomach about 1.5 weeks away from my meet and emailed her again about the status. I asked to make sure I would be here in time like we had discussed. She said yes. I heard nothing again until 3 days before I left. She said she would overnight it to me.

Never received it the next day, I emailed her and asked for a tracking number which she promised me. She said her friend/other supplier had it and she would email it to me that night. Never did. I emailed her again asking, she never gave me the tracking number just ignored the topic. Told me she really hoped I'd get it before my meet and if not in time then I'd get a refund. We emailed several times up until the day I left for my meet. Never got my singlet. Never got a tracking number. She kept telling me she hoped I'd get it.

Left for my out of state meet. Got back several days later. Still no singlet. Emailed for a refund. She has actually sent me my money back which is better than I expected based on these other reviews. But it's clear she never actually made the singlet or shipped it.

Unreliable, a complete scam if you're not lucky enough to get your money back, and a liar.

Do not ever waste your time or money.

Ordered a couple singlets from Heather back in November for my weightlifting club. Heather worked with us and gave us a great discount. Our girls loved the fun designs she came up with and the whole order only took us 3 weeks to receive! Would order from Heather and Glamlet Athletics in a heartbeat!

I'd tell you about the product but... I never received it. Heather makes sure she tells you all about her amazing products and that she has shipped out your singlet but you never receive it. I order the end of August and it is now the middle of October & I haven't heard a single word from her. Shady business and shady owner. Buyers BEWARE!

I would give her 0 stars if I could. I was supposed to receive my glamlet at the beginning of October and it never showed up, and as of November, Heather has completely stopped responding to me.

I went wrong is spending too long trying to correct the problem with her myself - I should have filed with PayPal immediately because now I have no recourse whatsoever.

Her behavior in this is fraud and theft just as if she stole my wallet.

If you order from Glamlet Athletics, know that you're running a risk. A large risk. You need to be wiling to pay $110 and never get anything back in return.

Things to know before you order:
A "deposit" is never refundable via PayPal, so no matter what you're giving that up on good faith.
She plays dumb like she's trying to figure out what happened and get you your product long enough that the balance you paid is also nonrefundable.
At first, she was really responsive - the ordering process was great, and the followup was fine. When I first emailed her about my missing glamlet, all seemed fine, but then she stopped responding completely. I haven't even been offered the opportunity for her to reorder my glamlet and send it to me. She just walked away with my money.

Had no problem letting me know where to send my payment and being chatty when I was placing my order... however that was when it all stopped. It's been 7 weeks, YES SEVEN WEEKS! And I've sent messages and have gotten no response nor the product I paid for from her. This is miserable and I'm just thankful I wasn't reliant on this singlet for a meet or I would have been stuck. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone for any reason. I'll stick with my Addias singlets.

This site is a complete SCAM. I purchased a singlet on 16. 10. 14 for $114 AUD and have not received the order NOR have I had my emails responded to, requesting the goods or even a refund. I posted a message on her Instagram *******@HEATHERNOFILTERSNETHEN48 last night to which I have also not received a response, however she has now BLOCKED me as a follower. I find this incredibly disappointing that someone who claims themselves as a USA Olympic Weightlifter continues to de-fraud people. This site needs to be shut down.

Placed order on February 1st. Still have yet to receive order as of April 26th.

Wish I could give her LESS than one star. Awful, awful, awful business! Makes promises she can't keep on singlets, and doesn't respond to emails. The only way I could ever get even a half $#*! response out of her was when I reached out to her through Instagram. But even then she would give me some lame excuse about me not getting her emails and that she wanted me to send her emails to her personal account. Yet... still no response. And my competition is this weekend. Guess I won't be lifting since she never got my singlet to me! She could've atleast let me know I wasn't going to be getting it in time so that I could buy one somewhere else!

PURCHASE DATE WAS 7/14/14 $95.00 FOR CHESELA GLAMLET (SINGLET). I SENT THE MONEY THROUGH GOOGLE WALLET BECAUSE HER WEBSITE WAS DOWN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. I CORRESPOND WITH HER WEEKS BEFORE ON THE CUSTOM ITEM I NEEDED. I HAD A MEET ON 7/26/14, SO I WAS PROMISED TO HAVE THE ITEM BY THEN.THE DAY BEFORE I RECEIVED A KID SIZE ITEM (7/25/14). I EMAILED HER BACK THAT DAY AND NEVER HER BACK FROM HER. I SENT A EMAIL HER PERSONAL, BUSINESS AND FACEBOOK. ABOUT A WEEK LATER AFTER SEVERAL MORE EMAILS SENT TO HER, SHE CLAIMS SHE NEVER GOT THE PREVIOUS. SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE MY ITEM WAS SENT TO. NEVER SENT A NEW ITEM OR REFUND. SENT HER SEVERAL MORE EMAILS TO GET MY ITEM. SHE FINALLY RESPONDS, SAYS SHE'S GOING TO SHIP IT OUT RIGHT AWAY(8/5/14). NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. AGAIN EMAILED HER SEVERAL TIMES, TO THIS DAY NO RESPONSE. MY LAST EMAIL TO HER WAS ON 8/19/14 REQUESTING A REFUND OF MY $95.00 FOR NON RECEIPT OF MY ITEM PURCHASE.
04/15/15- UPDATE- STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK.
Myself and a few people who she ripped off finally got through to Heather on her personal facebook and twitter account. She promised to refund all of us. Heather sent payment, but found out later the payment was fake/ghost according to PayPal. Please don't buy from this person. PayPal won't close her account. Please file a complaint with PayPal. I'm hoping if enough people complain, she will finally be shut down. This woman is crazy.
11/16/15- STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY BACK! What's crazy is they continue to let her keep her website up and stealing peoples money. Please make sure you report her to paypal or you bank or whatever to try and shut her down. I cant report her to the AG's off because I dont know what state she operates from.

I would absolutely avoid this company. Here is a detailed account of my experience with Heather, the owner of Glamlet Athletics (and I have copies of my receipt and all correspondences with her):

Sept 2 & 3: Contacted Heather to order a custom designed weightlifting singlet and pre-paid IN FULL ($80) via PayPal. She confirmed payment on Sept 3rd. Estimated delivery 6-8 weeks, and I would get a notification when it shipped.

October 14: Emailed Heather just looking for a quick status update on my order as my competition was less than 2 weeks away.

October 28: Still no response so I tried the custom order form on her website, assuming it would reach her as this is how she makes sales.

October 30: I emailed her again, and now I am VERY concerned, but it is past PayPal's time limit on opening up a dispute. This was about the time I discovered her bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau website (most of which started happening about the time I placed my order in September).

November 2: I publicly posted on her most recent Instagram picture that I would like a response. She deleted my comment within a couple of hours, but did not respond.

November 3: I call her out on her personal Instagram AGAIN because it was the only way I absolutely knew she was seeing my messages and I take a screen shot of my comment. Within a few hours my comment is deleted and she posts an apology on my personal Instagram account, says she never received any of my emails and gives me another email address. I send her a new email.

November 10: Heather finally responds, agrees to a refund, and says she "wants to know what happened to [my] singlet, too!" even though I was never notified that it shipped at all and she declines to provide any shipping information at my request. I request a refund via PayPal so she cannot use the postal service as an excuse, and provide her with my PP info.

November 17: Still no refund. I email her again asking for the reason for the delay.

November 19: Still no reply, I email her again and stumble across a new post on IG talking about her negative experience with Glamlet Athletics. I tag Heather in a comment on that post so she can be aware of how dissatisfied many of her customers are (including myself), and she replies to me via email within 5 mins saying she has no idea why I didn't get the refund and that she will try again that night.

November 20: I did not receive my refund. After posting about my experience with her publicly on Instagram, she blocked & emailed me within 5 minutes. She started out with a sarcastic comment and then proceeded to tell me: (1) She's a very busy person, (2) she gave me a discount and so was very upset that I would publicly post negative feedback, (3) that she had been open and honest with me from the beginning (this is a bold-faced lie and I have emails to prove it), (4) she had felt bad for me and had had another custom singlet made (I doubt this is true-- why would she tell me she's going to give me my money back and ALSO have another singlet made?-- but it was the first time she actually acknowledged my product was never delivered), annnnd (5) that she will be refunding my money "like she said" (this was the 3rd time she promised this).

November 21: No refund, and no reply to my last email.
