“Warning! This place is a total rip-off.”

I went to this location for physical therapy for only three times (15 to 20 minutes each visit), and they charged me $2,124.54. If you don`t have good insurance, do not even think to go there. When I asked for an explanation, they sent me a list of things they allegedly did. They claimed, for example, a charge of $350 for an evaluation. They also charged for multiple sessions of exercises that lasted over 45 minutes despite the fact that my entire visit was for only 15 minutes., etc. There was also a $250 charge for 15 minutes exercises (kind of exercise you can get for free on any TV program). Then, they claimed another $ 250 for the next 15 minutes. Be aware that they can claim whatever they want and they can charge you whatever they want because they are protected by some forms they make you sign without even understanding that (just for example) they can charge you another 15 minutes after the first 15 minutes. So, if you do 20 minutes, they can charge you for two different sessions of 15 minutes each or a total of more than $500. After their $300 (so called) evaluation, I came back home with more pain than before. The last session they applied some electrical pads for some stupid electro-therapy. It caused a painful rash and skin itching over my arm that lasted for more than ten days. They had no idea (even after the $300 evaluation) that their pads were infected. I wrote a letter and tried to contact them to complain; however, I got the same "I don't care" attitude from them. Someone from the Patient Relation, Jeff, contacted me to tell me one and only one thing that I am stuck and I must pay them, or they can harass you and ruin your credit. Jeff also promised to verify these charges and get back to me; however, he never did. Go shopping before you get stuck with them. I went to another place in Huber Heights called NovaCare. They provide the best therapy for fractions of what Good Samaritan charged me.
