If I could give this p. O. s scammer a 0 star, I would! They put pictures of actual books on their item descriptions. I purchased them thinking that's what I was going to get. 3 weeks later I still didn't see my books being delivered, so I went on the website to check on order status. Surprise! There's a link to download... the e-book! I DID NOT WANT TO BUY E-BOOKS! They NEVER mentioned their books were not actual hard copies, nor they're e-books! Is there some way we can bring this kind of scammers to the law?

No where in Gooisale web page does it state your purchasing Ebooks. After i purchased box set i received an notice they will email me when books ship. I researched Gooisale and found 15 other complaints from people who ordered books, not ebooks. Gooisale refused to give my money back, stating all sales final. All sales final is not on their web page ad. I read on another site they dont have a license to sale on line. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, BBB and will take them to small claims court. In the mean time my grandaughter is not getting the Wimpy Kid box set for Christmas. Dishonest advertising.

They state order will be shipped to the address you used. They dont advertise a return policy, they state all sales final after you find out the box set you order is not books. I filed a complained with my credit card company, filed a complaint with BBB and i will be taking them to small claims court. Shame they are stealing from a child. My granddaughter does not have internet, i would have never ordered if they just advetise these are ebooks
Would rate 0 stars if possible. Deceptive! NOWHERE does it state that the books are digital. When I inquired about when I could expect my books, I was told they are digjtal. I wanted a refund but was told all sales are final. That was also not stated anywhere in the website. Fortunately I'm only out $26 and the books are some I wanted, I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering. Lesson learned. Will not be ever ordering from them again.
Nowhere on the site does it say that these are ebooks but they are! I thought maybe it was a discount company selling used book sets or something similar. Logged on to check my order status and see a download link. That's when I discovered they were only ebooks. Trying to get my money back. We shall see how this goes!
This website misrepresents what you actually are buying. Nowhere did I see anything saying I was getting pdf files. The site made me think that I was getting a physical book. I suspect that most things you are buying are a pdf.
I ordered a 5 book paperback set for my son.
They sent me information to download an eBook.
I did not want an eBook, I wanted hard copies.
No where on the page does it say you are buying an eBook.
They refuse to refund my money.
I received very poor customer service!
My actual rating is negative one. They asking for shipping information and even promise to email you when your order is shipped. What a SCAM! And oh they said "FREE SHIPPING. What a joke!
FRAUD! Never buy in gooisale.com they offer book and send you images in pdf for download, fraud... I paid $22 and only receivy pdf, are not iBooks
