Recently I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 for my home computer. My issue is that the system hangs up almost daily with a message about waiting for an OLE. I've looked online for a solution but it has not worked. I'm trying just to live with it but its frustrating when trying to close a file that takes 2-3 minutes every day.

I called to get Microsoft. I got it right away. Then I couldn't open it because Microsoft wanted my password, which was very old and when I put several iterations of the poassword, it liked none of them. I then went back to you to see if you could help. You told me that a specialist would call me in a few minutes and would help me to install the program. Sure enough, it was less than five minutes aand I got a call. He was terrific. I'm not really sure just what he did, but he went around the roadblock that Microsoft put up, got me to type in a new password and voila, my new Microsft program was installed and has worked perfectly every time I'v used it. I am so pleased with not only the service, but the immediacy of the service. It will be my pleasure to recommend your company to anyone.

ReSound Smart 3D To Control Hearing Aids (HAs) Recommended By VA Audiologist

I was pointed to the iPhone App, Resound Smart 3D. Downloaded it and my HAs were labeled incompatible. Was redirected to another App, downloaded it and it worked. Initial setup is easy. Also, it allowed me to update the firmware in my HAs.

The only difficulty is that you have to be extremely careful when selecting options. One of them will change your settings to DEMO mode. There is supposedly a way to switch back to normal. I couldn't find it so deleted the app, reloaded it, and all is fine.

When you answer a call on your iPhone, choices presented include Hearing Aids. I'm still shifting between Speaker & HAs when I initially answer a call. Need to compare.
On iPhone, if you like to watch videos, movies, listen to music, or news videos, you're in for a surprise. Those will be connected and automatically transmit audio to your HAs. When sitting in room with family or friends, you get to enjoy the iPhone and not disturb others. Options are in Settings > Accessibility...

I could probably synch my TV audio to the HAs, but the TV would be silenced. Newer TVs may have fixed that problem. I still have lots to learn, but at no cost, this is a great value.

It took a bit more time than we expected for the site to download the software to us, but once we had it everything worked well.

It left a lot to be desired because I previously had Office on it and it did not intagrate well

July 5th I purchased a Microsoft 2021 Office Suit for $119.99. It said that the download would start as soon as I hit the "download" button. Did that. Nothing happened. They have a button for "trouble downloading?" Hit that. Got sent to a 404 (Page not found). Cannot find out where they are located.
