Absolutely horrible company to do business with. I purchased a rifle from them, 3 days later i received an email stating that due to new laws they required photographic proof of my PAL and rivers license. Ok, no big deal. I replied to the email with the required information. 3 days later i still had not received any reply from them so i sent an email to the sales desk asking for an order update. A week later i get another email from them, it was the exact email they had sent me before asking for additional info. Im quite irritated at this point so i called them up, the lady i was speaking with (who spoke very horrible broken english) said they did not receive any emails from me. I told her that my emails probably went to their spam/junk folder. She didn't seem to understand and said no they don't have that and that i should send another email to the sales desk with the order number (which i did previously).

I said fine, knowing full well it was a waste of time. I sent the email as she requested. The next day i called to see if the email was received, she said no and that i should send the email again.

I was getting pissed off at this point. I told her we went over this the day before and that if she didn't receive the first 3 why would the 4th show up. She could tell i was pissed off. So she put me on hold to check, nearly 10 minutes goes by and she comes back on the line and says "hi, how can i help you?" i just about lost my $#*!. I said yeah, you were trying to find my emails. "oh yes, yes, i found them" she says.
Ok i said, and the information was added to my order, "yes, yes i added it". Ok good i said and hung up.

A week goes by and no email has come through saying my rifle has shipped, so i call in and ask what the status of my order is. She says "we need your PAL and drivers license". I lost my $#*!. Told her everything we had previously discussed that i wanted to talk to the manager immediately and i wanted a refund. She did not put the manager on the phone and she started looking for the emails and found them and said info was added to file. I asked when order would ship and she said 10 business days. I hung up on her.

I messaged them from their contact page on their website, gave them my order #, told them i wanted a refund, and gave the email for the EMT to get refunded to and nothing has happened. So i am stuck playing a waiting game, they don't answer questions on facebook. They don't reply to messages left from contact page on their website. They don't reply to emails. It seems the staff is 100% incompetent.
I have a few more options to explore before i get the police involved.
