I ordered the wrong frame by accident and immediately wrote a ticket to explain the error. I never received any communication back so I entered another ticket. They're not taking inbound calls and only online chat. I chatted with them and they told me it already shipped and I'd have to return it for an exchange. Apparently they don't look or pay attention to their service ticket system. I feel like they made the sale and then they checked themselves out because I got no help from them. I also felt like they don't exist because they're so difficult to get ahold of. I would not use this company again and I caution you to try this company.
I have ordered from here multiple times and this time I received a completely different picture. I don't know how they could have let this through. Clearly no quality control here. I received it a week later than originally estimated so no excuse for this.
