Ended up ordering 2 items from this website (I ended up doubting they are real brand name items after this situation)--->

I ordered 2 items on May 4th. May 6th I emailed them requesting the tracking number as it clearly states on their website that international shipment would be delivered within 5-7 days. I also inquired as to why I was charged an extra $10.00 when it clearly states that if the order is over $99 dollars, the shipping is free. LIE...

I receive an email 2 days later (May 8th) and finally receive an email from a 'Gmail' account (*******@gmail.com) stating that the item was marked as "Best Rate Shipping" and that isn't free (doesn't say anything anywhere that regardless if order is $99 or more that that method of shipping would still be $10).

I email them that that's fine and ask for my tracking number once again. 2 days later (May 10th) I receive an email stating that the item never shipped due to them not having it in stock?! 6 days later for them to tell me this, even after I was told that it was already shipped "Best Rate Method" for $10 extra dollars.

I respond, requesting that I would like a refund.

They then respond 2 days later again (May 12th) stating that I can pick another item or I can request a refund, but that there would be a 10% charge and will take 4-6 weeks to receive payment!?!?! I emailed them back stating that I am not at fault for choosing an item that is on their website and was allowed to pick it and pay for it and then find out a week later that it never shipped after I was told that it was shipping, because it was out of stock and that I'd have to pay a 10% fee to get my money back! Haha...

They then responded that they understand the inconvenience and asked if I'd be fine if I pay 5% and they pay the other 5%. I waited for them to send me an idiotic response of an email like that for proof to show my bank and just go through my bank to get my money back.

This company is full of schemes and believe they do this all the time to customers to make little money from a lot of customers. Seems like they won't have to sell anything and just make 10% off of every transaction that they "don't have in stock". Do they even have anything they have on their site?

Stay far away from this site. Do not be misguided by their "14 day money back guarantee" or their "Free shipping" sign.

Horrible service and believe it's a total lie.
