Got a formal shirt from this place, came in a cool packaging. Been using it for a while now and it still looks and feels new. Got regular updates from the customer care team about my order and got it delivered with in 3 days, which i thought was pretty darn awesome. I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

I ordered 12 suits online from these people and it was shipped to South Africa. I paid in excess of ZAR 2200 for customs duty, and their nominated courier of choice, DHL, sub-contracted to another courier service. The package arrived with the box marked 5 pieces and only 5 suits were inside. Of those 5, not a single one was what I had ordered!
I contacted Gul Ahmed the very same day, via their contact form on their website, via email, and finally through Facebook messenger. They repeatedly asked me to send through the same information, that is, DHL receipt, order number, clothes that I ordered, pics of what I received and the box. Obviously, the outer box was discarded as it was the dirt collection day, and my mum was unaware of the amount of suits I had ordered for her. And she did not expect this situation to arise. After about a month of emails going back and forth mostly of them asking for the same information over and over, they finally responded that this complaint was not justified!
I called the company, and their answering service says for Urdu press 1, for English press2. I pressed 2 and got through to a lady who couldn't speak English and she just hung up on me. This happened 2 more times until I got through and spoke in Urdu. The chap "Nadir" said that complaints needed to be lodged within 3 days. Mind you, this was an international order, and I began contacting them the day the package was received. He advised that he would discuss it with the complaints department and get back to me.
I just received an email again from them stating that they have zero tolerance and have all checks and balances in order and they cannnot do anything for me as the original box was discarded. They will not replace the 5 $#*!ty suits that they sent, nor refund my money, not take any responsibility. I do t know what they have an online shopping option if all they do is take the money and send whatever they want as per their choice and not what the customer ordered. They claim they have thoroughly investigated the matter, but obviously they have not as the missing 7 suits have been stolen either by DHL in SA or by their 3rd party couriers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as for every 1 happy customer, there are 5 unhappy customers. And they just get away with it all the time. I just wish there was some way to take legal action against them.

I ordered one of their silk dresses from the Lamis collection, It arrived in a nice packaging and all, however the design was misprinted. I contacted customer services and got a reply within a day or so. The lady called me up and asked me to send photos which I did. They kept a follow up and sent me another shirt piece once they saw the mis print. Quite hassle free it was. I'd recommend it to anyone. https://www.gulahmedshop.com/

I bought a dress online but it turned out to be out of stock. I phoned the customer care and they made every effort to find it from their retail stores nationwide. AND finally I've got what I ordered. I spoke to Shehbaaz and Anjelina, very nice and polite people, know their job. Very professional customer care team. As a matter of fact the best service I've got so far. Keep it up Gul Ahmed.

Bought online 4 outfits from them for $210.00. They sent me only 2 outfits of $83.00 including shipping. I want the other outfits or my money back. They are not responding to my emails and their phones does not work.

The fabric material quality has declined, its getting expensive with no new variety. In order to survive it needs to give some protocol to its dresses or at least change their designer.
Quality of hand bags is good although same designs keep on repeating, buying shoes from Gulahmed is a big big no, they are not comfortable.
Beddings collection is satisfactory. Kids collection is dreadful.

I have a wedding to attend this month in the US. I didn't think I had many options for an outfit, so I ordered a Gul Ahmed dress from www.gulahmedshop.com near the end of April. I have a thread of 17 emails that were exchanged between myself and Gul Ahmed's customer service. Of those emails, 11 of them were sent from me to them and 6 were responded to. At the beginning of our correspondence, they were really good about responding to me. I kept being told that my dress is in process and they will notify me when it's ready. When I didn't receive my shipment two months later, I sent them several emails which I received no response to. I then contacted my family in Karachi and had them visit the shop. I also continued to send emails in hopes to receive a response. I finally heard back one month later. By now it had been three months since I made the order. They told me they just received the dress and would ship it out the following day. I finally received the dress by the end of July.

The quality of material was very poor. The color was much more dull than in the picture online which showed a more vibrant hue. The work on it was not nearly as nice as I expected it to be. The dupatta is also of poor quality. There is a lot of fabric and a train which I did not expect. I did like that part. I was worried for the last couple months that I had been scammed and the dress would not come in despite me paying over $300 for it. While it did come in, I do not plan on ever shopping here again and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone else.
