This guy is the worst appraiser I've ever dealt with in my life. He repeatedly made things difficult during our buying/selling process and insisted on "come back" visits, which he charges for. The lender became so exhausted with him they told me they were removing him from their approved list. This is the exact type of person you stay away from…. A scammer!
